適用范圍

Applications

本產(chǎn)品具有耐高溫、耐低溫、柔軟、耐腐蝕等特點，適用于發(fā)電、冶金、化工、石油等工礦企業(yè)，在0.6/KV及以下惡劣環(huán)境中連接工業(yè)移動式電氣設(shè)備傳輸電力線路用。

The products have the features of resisting high and low temperature，anti-corrosion and softness.They are used as power transmission and distribution lines of 0.6/1KV under bad environment in the electric generation,petrol-chemical and oil industries.

使用特性

Working features

1、額定電壓：Uo/U為0.6/1KV。

2、電纜導(dǎo)體的長期允許工作溫度不超過200℃

3、電纜的敷設(shè)溫度不低于：

固定敷設(shè)-60℃

非固定敷設(shè)-20℃

4、推薦的允許彎曲半徑：

無鎧裝層的電纜，應(yīng)不小于電纜外徑的6倍。

電力電纜應(yīng)不小于電纜外徑的10倍。

有鎧裝結(jié)構(gòu)的電纜，應(yīng)不小于電纜外徑的 12倍。

1、Rated voltage Uo/U:0.6/1KV.

2、The allowable working temperature during long period 200℃.

3、The ambient temperature should not be lower than:

-60℃ for fixed cable laying.

-20℃ for temporary cable laying.

4、Recommended allowable bending radius:

Should be not be smaller than 6×cable diameter for cables without steel armoring layer.

Should be not be smaller than 10×cable diameter for power cables.

Should be not be smaller than 12×cable diameter for cables with steel armoring layer.

注：1、對于B類絕緣線芯截面在10 mm²以上和R類絕緣線芯截面在50 mm²以上的軟電纜絕緣層允許采用阻燃保護層形式，以加強電纜的機械性能。

Note:1.For insulation class B cable more than 10 mm² and Class R cable more than 50 mm²,the flame-retardant protection layer should be applied to strength the mechanical property.

2、為了考慮電纜機械性能和安裝方便，對于大規(guī)格電纜可采用另加阻燃護套方式進(jìn)行防護。

For big cables,the additional flame-retardant sheath is applied for easy installation.

3、根據(jù)用戶需要，可以生產(chǎn)2芯、4芯、5芯電纜。

交貨長度

無鎧裝電纜允許長度不小于500米，鎧裝電纜允許長度不小于200米。允許長度不小于30米短段電纜交貨，其數(shù)量應(yīng)不超過交貨總長度的10%。

其它交貨長度應(yīng)根據(jù)雙方協(xié)議長度交貨。

For cable without armoring,the delivery length is not less than 500m,ａnd for cable with armoring,the delivery length is not less than 200m.30m length is available,but the total amount should not more than 10% of the delivery length.

Other length is as per agreement.
