適用范圍

Applications

本產品適用于固定敷設在額定電壓0.6/1KV及以高溫環(huán)境下的輸配電線路中。

阻燃電纜主要用于有防火要求較高的場合。該產品保持同電壓等級、同規(guī)格普通電纜所有的性能指標，如：較高的機械、物理性能，優(yōu)良的電氣性能和耐化學腐蝕性能等，又具有阻燃特性避免了由于電纜引起的火災的蔓延，減少了生命和財產的巨大損失。

低煙低鹵阻燃電纜除保持阻燃電纜的一般特性和電氣性能外，還具有燃燒時發(fā)煙量小、氣體釋放量小和低腐蝕性的特點。

低煙無鹵阻燃產品除了能滿足阻燃電費的使用要求外，還具有無鹵酸氣體釋出、發(fā)煙量小、產品腐蝕性氣體較少、阻燃性能好的特點。

The products are used as the transmission and distribution lines of under 0.6/1KV(rated voltage Uo/U)in the environment of high temperature.

Flame retardant cables are mainly used in the places where there is strict fire-proof regulations .In addition to the features of the common cables of the same voltage class and specifications,such as mechanical and mechanical properties and anti-corrosion,they also can resist burning slow down the spread of the fire and reduce the damage.

Low-fume and low-halogen flame retardant cables have the features of low corrosive smoke and little HCL gas during the burning.

Low-fume and non-halogen flame retardant cables have the features of no acid gas emission,low fume,little corrosive smoke and excellent fire resistance.

使用特性

Working features

1、額定電壓：Uo/U為0.6/1KV。

2、電纜導體長期允許工作溫度

FF型不超過200℃；

ZR-FV、ZR-FV₂₂型不超過105℃；

WD-FV、WD-FV₂₂型不超過90℃

3、敷設時的環(huán)境溫度不低于0℃，低于0℃應預先加熱。

4、電纜允許彎曲半徑應不小于電纜外徑的15倍。

1、Rated voltage Uo/U:0.6/1KV.

2、The allowable long-time working temperature:

Should not higher than 200℃ for Model FF.

Should not higher than 105℃ for Model ZR-FV and ZR-FV₂₂

Should not higher than 90℃ for Model WD-FV、WD-FV₂₂.

3、The temperature of the cables must bu over 0℃ in construction work.In not,the cables must be pre-heated.

4、The allowable bending radius of the cables must not be less than 15 times of the multi-core cable outer diameter.

注：1、對于B類絕緣線芯截面在10 mm²以上和R類絕緣線芯截面在50 mm²以上的軟電纜絕緣層允許采用阻燃保護層形式，以加強電纜的機械性能。

2、為了考慮電纜機械性能和安裝方便，對于大規(guī)格電纜可采用另加阻燃護套方式進行防保。

3、根據(jù)用戶需要，可以產生5芯電力電纜。

Note:1.For insulation Class B cable more than mm²ａnd Class R cable more than 50 mm²,it is allowable to have the flame-retardant layer,to reinforce the mechanical property of the cable.

2.In consideration of the mechanical property and installation,it is recommended to add flame-retardant sheath for protection.

3.5-core power cables are producible as per requirements.

交貨長度

Length for delivery

無鎧裝電纜允許長度不小于500米，鎧裝電纜允許長度不小于200米。允許長度不小于30米短段電纜交貨，其數(shù)量應不超過交貨總長度的10%。

其它交貨長度應根據(jù)雙方協(xié)議長度交貨。

For cable without armoring,the delivery length is not less than 500m,ａnd for cable with armoring,the delivery length is not less than 200m.30m length is available,but the total amount should not more than 10% of the delivery length.

Other length is as per agreement.
