什么是光伏組串:
在光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)中,將若干個(gè)光伏組件串聯(lián)后,形成具有一定直流輸出的電路單元,簡(jiǎn)稱組件串或組串。
組串電流檢測(cè)有幾個(gè)典型的特點(diǎn):
1.檢測(cè)電流的路數(shù)一般較多,典型的有8路16路等(匯流箱),逆變器則根據(jù)其MPPT設(shè)計(jì)各有不同。
2.對(duì)其檢測(cè)電流的精度有一定要求,但不做計(jì)量或計(jì)算需求。更大的意義在于實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控組件發(fā)電的狀態(tài)。
組串電流檢測(cè)的應(yīng)用:
匯流箱
是指用戶可以將一定數(shù)量、規(guī)格相同的光伏電池串聯(lián)起來(lái),組成一個(gè)個(gè)光伏串列,然后再將若干個(gè)光伏串列并聯(lián)接入光伏匯流箱,起到匯流和監(jiān)控的裝置。匯流箱是作為組串電流的典型應(yīng)用代表。
逆變器
隨著分布式電站及商用家庭光伏發(fā)電的興起。尤其是國(guó)內(nèi),組串式電流傳感器作為檢測(cè)光伏面板的*道監(jiān)控,發(fā)揮著*的作用。
電流檢測(cè)原件的迭代升級(jí)
原理篇
因?yàn)樾枰獙?duì)光伏面板發(fā)出的電流進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控,其關(guān)注電流一般在7A~10A的直流電流(雙面組件的電流會(huì)更大些)。要檢測(cè)這個(gè)檔位的直流電方案有很多。有比如電阻,光耦霍爾等檢測(cè)方案。這里可以講講光伏匯流箱里電流檢測(cè)方案的跟新迭代。
電阻方案:
在低頻率小幅值電流測(cè)量中,表現(xiàn)出高的精度和較快的響應(yīng)速度。工業(yè)領(lǐng)域中,在不涉及到測(cè)量回路與被測(cè)電流之間電隔離的場(chǎng)合,分流器是將電流信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)殡妷盒盘?hào)的的低成本方案。
