臺盼藍染色液(0.4%)，或稱臺盼蘭、錐蟲藍、曲利苯藍，英文名 Trypan Blue，常用于檢測細胞膜的完整性。還常用于檢測細胞是否存活。臺盼藍可被巨噬細胞吞噬，故可用于巨噬細胞的活體染色劑。

1、染色時間不能太長，否則活細胞也會逐漸積累染料而染成顏色，使監(jiān)測結(jié)果偏低。
2、另可結(jié)合細胞計數(shù)方法，同時進行細胞計數(shù)和活力檢測。

保存條件  Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
