ZR-IA-DJYVP8*2*1.5計(jì)算機(jī)電纜生產(chǎn)流程:
1、導(dǎo)體
2、導(dǎo)體采用軟銅單線絞合而成(多股),其性能符合GB/T3956的規(guī)定。
3、導(dǎo)體表面光潔、無(wú)油污、無(wú)損傷絕緣的毛刺、銳邊、無(wú)凸起或斷裂的單線。
4、絕緣材料為氟塑料,采用鎳基合金高溫?cái)D出機(jī)高速生產(chǎn),擠包在導(dǎo)體上的絕緣性能符合Q/321023KLA11的規(guī)定。
5絕緣標(biāo)稱(chēng)厚度符合Q/321023KLA11的規(guī)定,絕緣厚度平均值不小于規(guī)定的標(biāo)稱(chēng)值,絕緣任一點(diǎn)Z薄點(diǎn)的測(cè)量厚度不小于標(biāo)稱(chēng)值的90%減去0.1mm。
6、火花
生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中絕緣層中間檢驗(yàn)應(yīng)按GB/T3048規(guī)定進(jìn)行交流50HZ 6KV火花耐壓試驗(yàn)。
7、對(duì)絞
對(duì)絞組采用顏色識(shí)別標(biāo)志,每對(duì)線組由兩根不同顏色的單線和一條雙色扎帶組成。
8、對(duì)絞節(jié)距應(yīng)不大于100mm。相鄰對(duì)絞組節(jié)距應(yīng)不相同。
9、對(duì)絞屏蔽(二線組或三線組)
