一、概述
WRNK2-331鎧裝熱電偶安徽天康,是本公司精心設(shè)計(jì)制造的新一代系列產(chǎn)品。通常和顯示儀表、記錄儀表、電子計(jì)算機(jī)等配套使用。直接測(cè)量各種生產(chǎn)過程中的0°C~1300°C范圍內(nèi)液體,蒸汽和氣體介質(zhì)以及固體表面溫度。本系列產(chǎn)品符合電工委員會(huì)(IEC)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),技術(shù)性能可替代同等現(xiàn)代化設(shè)備和高科技領(lǐng)域,也適合于進(jìn)口成套設(shè)備的維修更換或輸出項(xiàng)目的成套配套以及技術(shù)改造項(xiàng)目的配套。鎧裝熱電偶與一般工業(yè)熱電偶一樣,與顯示儀表等配套,在一定的使用范圍內(nèi)對(duì)氣體、液體介質(zhì)或固體表面溫度進(jìn)行自動(dòng)檢測(cè)或自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)。

3、工作原理
鎧裝熱電偶的電極由兩根不同導(dǎo)體材質(zhì)組成。當(dāng)測(cè)量端與參比端存在溫差時(shí),就會(huì)產(chǎn)生熱電勢(shì),工作儀表便顯示出熱電勢(shì)所對(duì)應(yīng)的溫度值。

6、常溫絕緣電阻
鎧裝偶在環(huán)境溫度為20±15°C,相對(duì)濕度不大于80%試驗(yàn)電壓為500±50V(直流)電極與外套管之間的絕緣電阻>1000MΩ。即1m長的試樣的絕緣電阻為1000MΩ;10m長的試樣的絕緣電阻為100MΩ;
