RDL型變功率電熱帶，其工作原理，產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)及應(yīng)用場(chǎng)合與RDP₂-J₃，RDP₃-J₃型恒功率電熱帶相同，所不同的是其絕緣材料采用了耐溫高于F₄₆的PFA氟塑料，發(fā)熱絲采用具有自控溫特性的材料，所以它具有正溫度特性，即其輸出功率隨介質(zhì)溫度的升高而降低，其流體維持溫度可達(dá)180-250℃，該產(chǎn)品可用于二廠一區(qū)，二區(qū)爆炸氣體混合物T₃組場(chǎng)所。

Model RDL variable watt heating cable works in the same way as Model RDP2-J3 and RDP3-J3 , except that its insulation is PFA fluroplastic which endures higher temperature than F46 , and the heating fiber is automatic in temperature control . the output watt reduces when the temperature is going up . The liquid temperature is kept at 180-250℃ . That cable is applicable in the area 1 and area 2 where there is explosive gas mixture T3 .
