一,華測(cè)導(dǎo)電及防靜電材料電阻率工作原理簡(jiǎn)介
在測(cè)量導(dǎo)電材料電阻率若采用三電極或二電極測(cè)量時(shí)會(huì)因?yàn)殡姌O與被測(cè)量材料表面電阻而影響測(cè)量準(zhǔn)確性,本裝置采用四電極(四點(diǎn)探針或四探針)法測(cè)量導(dǎo)電和防靜電材料體積電阻率,可以克服表面接觸電阻造成的誤差影響,本試驗(yàn)儀器由靜電計(jì)、皮安電流表,測(cè)試箱,可調(diào)電源組成。
