一、華測(cè)數(shù)字電荷產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介
靜電的實(shí)質(zhì)是存在剩余電荷。電荷是所有的有關(guān)靜電現(xiàn)象本質(zhì)方面的物理量。電位,電場(chǎng),電流等有關(guān)的量都是由于電荷的存在或電荷的移動(dòng)而產(chǎn)生的物理量。在科研院所、高等院校、檢測(cè)站和工礦企業(yè)等部門經(jīng)常需要測(cè)量物體的電荷或電荷密度。

五、華測(cè)數(shù)字電荷典型應(yīng)用
1、檢測(cè)防靜電工作服和紡織品的帶電電量
按照國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB12014-89《防靜電工作服》將工作服放入滾筒擦機(jī)摩擦內(nèi)使其帶電,把帶靜電后的工作服投入法拉第筒內(nèi),從Huace111型數(shù)字電荷儀上讀出電荷量值。復(fù)零后可進(jìn)行下一次測(cè)量。若是測(cè)量紡織品的帶電電荷量,可按照國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T 12703-91《紡織品靜電性能測(cè)試方法》進(jìn)行。
2、測(cè)量各種粉體、液體、固體的帶電電荷量
測(cè)量粉體的帶電電荷量時(shí),可根據(jù)被測(cè)粉體的多少制作不同形狀和不同規(guī)格的法拉第筒。粉體帶電的方式可以是摩擦帶電或在電場(chǎng)中荷電。如測(cè)量粉塵在電場(chǎng)中的荷電。也可以讓粉體從滑槽中滑下帶電。
3、測(cè)量火花放電電荷轉(zhuǎn)移量
當(dāng)帶有靜電的靜電非導(dǎo)體與接地金屬體接近時(shí)會(huì)發(fā)生火花放電。用Huace111 型數(shù)字電荷儀能精確地測(cè)量出放電電量。
