  The valve is widely used in building material, metallurgy, mining, chemical, electric power industries etc. It is the control equipment of dropping material system.

  結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，由優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼板焊接而成，具有開啟靈活、無(wú)卡阻等特點(diǎn)。配有傳動(dòng)定位裝置，可隨時(shí)根據(jù)工況需要確定閘門的開啟角度，調(diào)節(jié)物料流量。特別適用于無(wú)粘度的固體粉料及小于Φ30mm顆粒料、晶體料的輸送。

  This valve is welded in fine steel. It has the features of simple structure, ease to open and close and no obstruction etc. Determine the open angle of valve and adjust material flow according to the working condition with transmission orientation device. It is especially suitable to transport non-glutinosity solid powder and grain, crystalloid material less than Φ30mm.

Working principle:

  扇形閘門由本體、扇形閘板、軸、密封副、執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)等部件構(gòu)成。手動(dòng)或執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)推動(dòng)搖桿使扇形閘板沿軸心旋轉(zhuǎn)開啟，物料隨即下落。待接料裝置滿載后再推動(dòng)搖桿使扇形閘板復(fù)位，關(guān)閉截?cái)嘞侣涞奈锪稀?/span>

  The valve is made up of body disc, axle, seal, actuator etc. Manus or actuator drives rocker to make the disc rotate and open along axis and then material drop. Push rocker rotate to make the disc replace after fill up the device and cut down the dropping material.

使用說(shuō)明：

Usage explanation:

l  安裝時(shí)請(qǐng)注意閘門本體上標(biāo)明介質(zhì)流向，兩法蘭連接時(shí)必需加密封墊片，然后均勻鎖緊螺栓。

l  運(yùn)行時(shí)請(qǐng)辨清扇形閘板開關(guān)方向。執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)請(qǐng)正確接線。

l  若長(zhǎng)期存放應(yīng)使設(shè)備處于關(guān)閉狀態(tài)，各傳動(dòng)部位加潤(rùn)滑油，不允許露天存放或堆置。

l   Pay attention to the direction of medium in valve body. Add seal cushion between two flanges connection and screw down bolt

l  Please identify the direction of switch of disc. Actuator must be connected exactly.

l  Add lubricant to transmission part when valve is long stored. It should not be placed or piled up in the open air.
