物料切斷閥是我公司引進(jìn)美國(guó)ITT Engineered的，開(kāi)發(fā)研制的新一代產(chǎn)品。廣泛應(yīng)用于建材、冶金、礦山、石油、化工、玻璃等行業(yè)的管道或氣力輸送系統(tǒng)中，作切斷或調(diào)節(jié)用。

  This valve is the new designed product importing new technology of American company ITT Engineered. It is used to cut off or adjust valve, which is applied in pipe or pneumatic transportation system in building material, metallurgy, mining, oil, chemical and glass industries etc

結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：

  物料切斷閥采用優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼材焊接而成，其結(jié)構(gòu)科學(xué)合理，緊湊，操作靈活，維護(hù)方便，密封性能可靠。其楔緊工作原理使插板越關(guān)越緊，使密封永遠(yuǎn)處于良好狀態(tài)。而插板一旦開(kāi)啟，馬上與密封面脫離，以保證密封面不受磨損，且密封面敞開(kāi)式，物料無(wú)法附著和沉積。此構(gòu)造是密封的關(guān)鍵所在。W表示密封面為橡膠軟密封，P表示密封面為合金硬密封。配用不同的傳動(dòng)裝置滿足不同工況需求。Z73為手輪傳動(dòng)，WZ73為蝸輪傳動(dòng)，DZ73為電動(dòng)裝置傳動(dòng)，QZ73為氣動(dòng)裝置傳動(dòng)。

  The valve is welded in fine steel, having the features of compact and scientific structure, hａnd to operate, easy to maintenance and reliable sealing. The working principle is choking, the sealing is always in the best state while the disc is closed. The disc separates from sealing surface when it is opened, which avoids abrasion of the sealing surface. The sealing surface is in open state and the material cannot cohere or deposit, which the key to the sealing. W means the sealing surface is rubber soft sealing, P means the sealing surface is alloy hard sealing. It can meet different requirement of working conditions equipped with different transmission devices. Z73 denotes hａnd wheel drive, WZ73 denotes worm gear drive, DZ73 denotes electric device drive and QZ73 pneumatic device drive.

Working principle

  物料切斷閥主要由閥體、插板、密封副、傳動(dòng)桿及傳動(dòng)裝置等部件組成。手動(dòng)物料切斷閥由人工轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)手輪，沿順時(shí)針?lè)较驗(yàn)殛P(guān)，逆時(shí)針?lè)较驗(yàn)殚_(kāi)。由旋轉(zhuǎn)螺母帶動(dòng)傳動(dòng)桿作向上運(yùn)動(dòng)，使插板脫離密封面向上位移，直至全開(kāi)，反之為關(guān)。蝸輪傳動(dòng)物料切斷閥由人工轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)蝸輪裝置手輪，順時(shí)針?lè)较驗(yàn)殛P(guān)，逆時(shí)針?lè)较驗(yàn)殚_(kāi)，帶動(dòng)蝸輪副旋轉(zhuǎn)從而帶動(dòng)傳動(dòng)桿向上運(yùn)動(dòng)，使插板全開(kāi)，反之全關(guān)。電動(dòng)物料切斷閥由Z型電動(dòng)裝置得到指令動(dòng)作旋轉(zhuǎn)螺母帶動(dòng)傳動(dòng)桿作運(yùn)動(dòng)，使插板起到開(kāi)關(guān)作用。氣動(dòng)物料切斷閥由二位五通電磁換向閥控制，10A-5R氣動(dòng)推桿帶動(dòng)傳動(dòng)桿作往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)，使插板起到開(kāi)關(guān)作用。

  The valve is mainly made up of body, inserting disc, sealing pairs, transmission pole and transmission device etc. The hａnd wheel of the manual valve is rotated in clockwise and closes the valve, anticlockwise rotation means open. The transmission pole moves upwards and makes the disc separate from sealing surface and move upwards until the valve is fully opened. The hａnd wheel of worm gear drive valve is rotated by hand. Clockwise rotation means close and anticlockwise means open. The transmission pole moves upward, the worm gear pairs rotate until the disc is fully opened. Type Z electric device of electric valve receives the order and rotates nut to drive the transmission pole in order to open or close the disc. The pneumatic valve is controlled by two-bite five-way electromagnetism reversal valve. Type 10A-5R pneumatic draw stem drives the transmission pole move reciprocally to open or close the disc.

Usage explanation

l  安裝時(shí)必需清除閥門內(nèi)腔雜物和污漬，請(qǐng)注意閥體上箭頭所指介質(zhì)流向。兩法蘭連接時(shí)必需加密封墊片，然后均勻擰緊螺栓。

l  安裝前先手動(dòng)閥門一個(gè)周期，無(wú)異常現(xiàn)象方可上線安裝。

l  運(yùn)行時(shí)應(yīng)定期給各傳動(dòng)部分加潤(rùn)滑油，定期檢修傳動(dòng)裝置。

l  若長(zhǎng)期存放，請(qǐng)給傳動(dòng)部分加潤(rùn)滑油，作防潮處理，不要露天堆置。

l   Clear out the lumber and dust in valve chest when install. Pay attention to the medium direction indicated by arrow. Add seal shim between two flanges and then screw the bolt.

l   Operate the valve by hａnd for a period of time before install. When there is no anomaly, the valve can be installed.

l   Add lubricant to the transmission parts and check the transmission device regularly.

Add lubricant to the transmission parts when it is stored for a long time. It cannot be put in the air and treatment of damp proof
