三、粉末壓片機(jī)操作規(guī)程：
★機(jī)器使用前須檢查沖模是否有缺邊、裂縫、變形等質(zhì)量問題，檢查機(jī)器各裝置是否完好。
★檢查顆粒原粒是否符合要求，顆粒中的細(xì)粉含量不宜超過10%，以免影響機(jī)器使用性能及壽命。
★開車前應(yīng)用手轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)帶輪或順點(diǎn)動(dòng)按鈕試壓，確定片劑符合要求，機(jī)器運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常后，方可開機(jī)投入生產(chǎn)。
★機(jī)器設(shè)有倒車點(diǎn)動(dòng)按鈕，壓片時(shí)產(chǎn)生疊片或上沖粘沖悶車及校核上沖進(jìn)模情況進(jìn)可使用，使用時(shí)只允許瞬時(shí)點(diǎn)動(dòng)使機(jī)器微量反轉(zhuǎn)，否則會(huì)損壞機(jī)件。

四、粉末壓片機(jī)注意事項(xiàng)：
★使用前必須先松開注油孔螺釘，壓片機(jī)才能正常工作
★定期在絲杠及柱塞泵處加潤滑油
★加壓決不允許超過機(jī)器的壓力范圍，否則會(huì)發(fā)生危險(xiǎn)
★壓片機(jī)使用清潔的46號(hào)機(jī)油為宜，絕不可用剎車油
★加壓時(shí)感覺手動(dòng)壓把有力，但壓力表無指示，應(yīng)立即卸荷檢查壓力表
★新機(jī)器或較長一段時(shí)間沒有使用時(shí)，在用之前稍緊放油閥，加壓到20~25MPa時(shí)即卸荷，連續(xù)重復(fù)2~3次，即可正常使用
★大活塞不要超過行程20mm
