Furnace Construction 爐子結(jié)構(gòu)
| High purity fibrous alumina insulation for maximum energy saving - 30% less power consumption than other brands 采用高純氧化鋁作為爐膛材料，減小能量損失，比一般加熱爐減少30%能耗。 Two 8 mm diameter hose barb connectors (gas inlet ａnd outlet) (see pic below) in the furnace back 爐體后面有兩個(gè)Φ8mm 的通氣口，可以在燒樣時(shí)通入惰性氣體。
爐體采用雙層結(jié)構(gòu)，中間設(shè)置風(fēng)道，保證爐體表面溫度和電氣控制部分溫度不超過60℃。
采用彈簧門扣，很好的解決了設(shè)備內(nèi)膛因高溫產(chǎn)生的收縮縫隙。
