TCGB-26型土工膜糙面厚度儀是依據(jù)CJ/T234標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)制造，主要適用于糙面土工膜及其相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的厚度測(cè)量，具有使用方便，測(cè)量精度準(zhǔn)確等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

操作流程

1、在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室環(huán)境條件下對(duì)狀態(tài)調(diào)節(jié)好的試樣進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)。
2通過對(duì)基點(diǎn)上的壓力點(diǎn)施加特定的力（沒有放置試樣），對(duì)測(cè)量尺進(jìn)行清零或者記錄初始的非零讀數(shù)。
3、升起壓力點(diǎn)并插入試樣。當(dāng)將壓力點(diǎn)慢慢地與試樣接觸時(shí)，調(diào)整試樣的位置以便測(cè)量器點(diǎn)位于糙面的突起之間的凹陷處的“低點(diǎn)”或“低谷”，獲得局部小厚度讀數(shù)。重復(fù)以上步驟，每個(gè)試樣一共獲得3個(gè)測(cè)量讀數(shù)。取3個(gè)讀數(shù)中的小值作為該試樣的厚度，結(jié)果要求jingque到0.025mm，
4、測(cè)量時(shí)測(cè)量器需要在滿額靜載壓強(qiáng)條件下，靜置5s，然后按照測(cè)量器的精度記錄厚度值。
5、用所有試樣的結(jié)果計(jì)算樣品的平均厚度，記錄時(shí)jingque到0.025mm。
6、測(cè)量試件厚度10mm以下的不用加標(biāo)準(zhǔn)塊。
TCGB-26 Geomembrane Rough Thickness Instrument Test Procedure:
1. Test the sample with good state adjustment under the specified standard laboratory environment conditions.
2 The gauge is zeroed or an initial non-zero reading is recorded by applying a specific force to the pressure point at the base point (no sample is placed).
3. Raise the pressure point and insert the sample. When the pressure point is slowly in contact with the sample, the position of the sample is adjusted so that the measuring point is at the "low point" or "low point" in the depression between the protrusions of the rough surface to obtain a local minimum thickness reading. Repeat the above steps to obtain a total of 3 measured readings for each sample. Take the minimum of the three readings as the thickness of the sample and the results are required to be accurate to 0.025mm.
4. When measuring, the measuring device shall stａnd for 5s under the condition of full static load pressure, and then record the thickness value according to the accuracy of the measuring device.
5. Calculate the average thickness of the sample with the results of all samples, and record it accurately to 0.025mm.
6, measuring specimen thickness below 10mm does not need to add the standard block.
測(cè)量試件超過10mm的先找基準(zhǔn)面然后把標(biāo)準(zhǔn)塊加上后定位零點(diǎn)后取下標(biāo)準(zhǔn)塊和定位塊測(cè)量試件后加上標(biāo)準(zhǔn)塊的高度就是試件的高度（厚度）
四、TCGB-26型土工膜糙面厚度儀試驗(yàn)報(bào)告：
報(bào)告平均厚度的如下信息：
1、工程項(xiàng)目，測(cè)試的防水板的類型，抽樣方法。
2、用來測(cè)試厚度的設(shè)備名稱或相關(guān)描述。
3、測(cè)量器點(diǎn)的尺寸（如果與這個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不同的話）。
4、樣品和試樣的尺寸（如果與這個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不同的話）。
5、加載間隔時(shí)間。
6、試樣的數(shù)量。
7、報(bào)告每一個(gè)試樣的厚度測(cè)量結(jié)果，jingque到0.025mm。
8、報(bào)告所有測(cè)量結(jié)果的平均值，jingque到0.025mm。
9、可用百分?jǐn)?shù)形式表示樣品的單個(gè)測(cè)量結(jié)果的變化系數(shù)。
10、在測(cè)量過程中出現(xiàn)的任何異常的或者超出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的情況。
11、在測(cè)量過程開始和結(jié)束的實(shí)驗(yàn)環(huán)境條件。
五、使用完畢清理表面，以備下次使用。
