YI、TCFS-8型彎折儀概括：TCFS-8型彎折儀根據(jù)12953，GB/18173 GB/T328之規(guī)范設計制作。用于防水卷材與防水涂料的低溫彎折試驗。
二、TCFS-8型彎折儀試驗方法：1、按GB12953的圖1表4裁取試件，將試件的迎水面朝外，彎曲180度，使50mm寬的邊緣重合;齊平；并固定。將彎折儀上下平板距離調節(jié)為卷材厚度的3倍。
2、儀器翻開，把兩塊試件平放在下平板上，重合的*邊朝向轉軸，且據(jù)轉軸20mm。在設定溫度下將彎折儀與試件*起放入低溫箱中，達到規(guī)定溫度后在此溫度下放置1h。然后在標準溫度下將上平板1s內壓下，達到所調間距位置，在此位置保持1s后將試件取出?；謴偷绞覝睾笥^察彎折處是否斷裂，或用6倍大放大鏡觀察試件彎折處有無裂紋。
三、TCFS-8型彎折儀高分子防水涂料：將試件在標準條件下放置2h后彎曲180度，使25mm寬的邊緣對齊，用訂書機將邊緣外固定，調整彎折儀的上平板與下平板的距離為試件厚度的3倍，然后將試件放在彎折儀的下平板上，試件重疊的*邊朝向彎折機軸。據(jù)轉軸中心約25mm 的彎折儀放入低溫箱中，再規(guī)定溫度下保持2后打開低溫箱，在1內將上平板壓下，保持1出試件并用8倍放大鏡觀察試件。
