便攜式維氏WHV400的介紹
Wilson® Hardness開發(fā)了UCI便攜維氏硬度計(jì)，適用于薄型和大型的金屬件，塑料和陶瓷等材料的硬度測試。WHV400 DynaTestor 實(shí)現(xiàn)HV維氏硬度值直接讀數(shù)，并可轉(zhuǎn)換到HRC,HRB,HB和抗拉強(qiáng)度。利用超聲波阻尼測試原理測試結(jié)果精確，重復(fù)性誤差可達(dá)到±1%。
數(shù)字化的測量系統(tǒng)提供快捷的HV,HB或HRC硬度值讀數(shù)，WHV400 DynaTestor方便生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場和供應(yīng)商處驗(yàn)收檢驗(yàn)移動(dòng)測試，該機(jī)可被應(yīng)用于不同種類的材料并可存儲(chǔ)20個(gè)不同材料的校準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)，并配備了大容量的內(nèi)存，數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)和數(shù)據(jù)輸出功能。結(jié)合軟件可實(shí)現(xiàn)測試數(shù)據(jù)處理和文件管理。
