便攜式維氏WHV400的介紹
Wilson® Hardness開發(fā)了UCI便攜維氏硬度計，適用于薄型和大型的金屬件，塑料和陶瓷等材料的硬度測試。WHV400 DynaTestor 實現(xiàn)HV維氏硬度值直接讀數(shù)，并可轉換到HRC,HRB,HB和抗拉強度。利用超聲波阻尼測試原理測試結果精確，重復性誤差可達到±1%。
數(shù)字化的測量系統(tǒng)提供快捷的HV,HB或HRC硬度值讀數(shù)，WHV400 DynaTestor方便生產現(xiàn)場和供應商處驗收檢驗移動測試，該機可被應用于不同種類的材料并可存儲20個不同材料的校準數(shù)據(jù)，并配備了大容量的內存，數(shù)理統(tǒng)計和數(shù)據(jù)輸出功能。結合軟件可實現(xiàn)測試數(shù)據(jù)處理和文件管理。
