泵結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，性能可靠，體積小，重量輕，抗汽蝕性能好，電耗低，使用維修方便。泵通用性廣，全系列共140種規(guī)格，但只用四種軸；同一規(guī)格的軸，軸承，軸封，能互換；全系列泵的懸架也只有四種。 泵轉(zhuǎn)速分為2900和1450轉(zhuǎn)／分兩種。性能如下： 2900轉(zhuǎn)／分 1450轉(zhuǎn)／分 大流量： 240米3／分400米3／分 總揚(yáng)程： 125米 55米 轉(zhuǎn)速： 3500轉(zhuǎn)／分(用于60調(diào)波電源時(shí)，葉輪直徑有所減少) 工作溫度：80℃ 允許吸入管路壓力0.3MPa，泵的使用壓力1.6MPa。

 便于維護(hù)的背抽式結(jié)構(gòu)，不需要拆卸系統(tǒng)進(jìn)出口管路，即可方便的取出轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)部件進(jìn)行維修頂部為中心線出口，泵殼有底腳支撐，可大程度的抵抗因管路負(fù)荷引起的錯(cuò)位和變形。
運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)效率更高，流量范圍更廣，運(yùn)行成本更低。葉輪、密封環(huán)均為青銅材料，不易生銹、耐磨，延長使用壽命。軸承、機(jī)械密封、電機(jī)選自**制造商，從而確保整機(jī)性能更穩(wěn)定、更可靠。泵選型依據(jù)，應(yīng)根據(jù)工藝流程，給排水要求，從五個(gè)方面加以考慮，既液體輸送量、裝置揚(yáng)程、液體性質(zhì)、管路布置以及操作運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)條件等。
 1.流量是選泵的重要性能數(shù)據(jù)之一，它直接關(guān)系到整個(gè)裝置的的生產(chǎn)能力和輸送能力。如設(shè)計(jì)院工藝設(shè)計(jì)中能算出泵正常、小、大三種流量。選擇泵時(shí)，以大流量為依據(jù)，兼顧正常流量，在沒有大流量時(shí)，通常可取正常流量的1.1倍作為大流量。
 2.裝置系統(tǒng)所需的揚(yáng)程是選泵的又一重要性能數(shù)據(jù)，一般要用放大5%—10%余量后揚(yáng)程來選型。
 3.液體性質(zhì)，包括液體介質(zhì)名稱，物理性質(zhì)，化學(xué)性質(zhì)和其它性質(zhì)，物理性質(zhì)有溫度c密度d，粘度u，介質(zhì)中固體顆粒直徑和氣體的含量等，這涉及到系統(tǒng)的揚(yáng)程，有效氣蝕余量計(jì)算和合適泵的類型：化學(xué)性質(zhì)，主要指液體介質(zhì)的化學(xué)腐蝕性和毒性，是選用泵材料和選用那一種軸封型式的重要依據(jù)。
 4. 裝置系統(tǒng)的管路布置條件指的是送液高度送液距離送液走向，吸如側(cè)低液面，排出側(cè)高液面等一些數(shù)據(jù)和管道規(guī)格及其長度、材料、管件規(guī)格、數(shù)量等，以便進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)揚(yáng)程計(jì)算和汽蝕余量的校核。
 5. 操作條件的內(nèi)容很多，如液體的操作T飽和蒸汽力P、吸入側(cè)壓力PS()、排出側(cè)容器壓力PZ、海拔高度、環(huán)境溫度操作是間隙的還是連續(xù)的、泵的位置是固定的還是可移的。
