特別推出易燃易爆場合用的防爆系列的氣泵。層疊吹吸兩用氣泵是一種新型低壓氣源發(fā)生器，氣泵內(nèi)除軸承外沒有機械接觸，與活塞泵、刮片泵、水環(huán)泵、真空泵、空氣壓縮機等相比，具有無油無水、用電省、體積小、重量輕、噪音低、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、氣壓穩(wěn)定、維修方便等優(yōu)點。采用本氣泵，可省去油水分離器、定值器、管道等一套過濾定值裝置。可節(jié)電30-50%，已得到廣泛的應(yīng)用。

應(yīng)用范圍：

層疊式吹吸兩用氣泵廣泛應(yīng)用與印刷、電鍍、塑料焊接、環(huán)保設(shè)備、氣流輸送、水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖、包裝行業(yè)、化工、卷煙、紡織、電影機械、玻璃制品、電纜印字、清洗設(shè)備等行業(yè)。

使用維護：

1、氣泵應(yīng)放置在較平整的地方，周圍環(huán)境應(yīng)清潔、干燥、通風，不得隨意拆除減震器。
2、接通電源前應(yīng)檢查電機接線是否可靠，接通電源后，應(yīng)注意氣泵皮帶輪轉(zhuǎn)達動方向是否與泵殼前頭所示方向一致。
3、每周加油一次，長時間連續(xù)運轉(zhuǎn)時，適當增加加油次數(shù)，潤滑油為高速軸承油脂7018。
4、經(jīng)常清潔過濾網(wǎng)，以保證氣體暢通。
5、氣泵出氣口與外管道之間應(yīng)使用增強橡膠（或塑料）管軟聯(lián)接。
