工作原理：

啟動(dòng)后泵軸帶動(dòng)葉輪一起旋轉(zhuǎn)，迫使葉片間的液體旋轉(zhuǎn)。液體在慣性離心力的作用下葉輪中心被甩出向外周并獲得了能量，使流向葉輪外周的靜壓強(qiáng)增高，流速增大。液體進(jìn)入泵殼后，部分動(dòng)能轉(zhuǎn)換成靜壓能。于是，具有較高壓強(qiáng)的液體從泵的排出口進(jìn)入排除管路，被輸送到所需場(chǎng)所。葉輪不停旋轉(zhuǎn)，液體便不斷地吸入和排出。

優(yōu)勢(shì)：

自吸式化工離心泵支撐采用了雙端球軸承支撐的結(jié)構(gòu)形式，前端采用潤(rùn)滑油潤(rùn)滑，后端采用潤(rùn)滑脂潤(rùn)滑，中間有一導(dǎo)油管，用以隨時(shí)觀(guān)察密封情況和回收導(dǎo)熱油。 高溫導(dǎo)熱油泵采用填料密封和機(jī)械密封相結(jié)合的形式，填料密封用耐高溫的填料，具有良好的熱態(tài)適應(yīng)性，而機(jī)械密封則采用機(jī)械強(qiáng)度高，耐磨性好的硬質(zhì)合金材料，保證了高溫情況下的密封性能。

工作方式

泵體通過(guò)壓力來(lái)輸送物料介質(zhì)，介質(zhì)只有通過(guò)與輸送機(jī)械元件（如齒輪、柱塞、隔膜、轉(zhuǎn)子、葉片等）的接觸才能被輸送，機(jī)械部件對(duì)泵體和物料都產(chǎn)生嚴(yán)重沖擊。這種沖擊對(duì)于輸送高粘度介質(zhì)、磨蝕性介質(zhì)、含有固體顆粒介質(zhì)、含有氣體泡沫的介質(zhì)或者液體、固體、氣體混合的介質(zhì)以及對(duì)剪切力比較敏感的介質(zhì)而言是非常危險(xiǎn)的，它會(huì)產(chǎn)生脈動(dòng)，對(duì)泵有磨損，對(duì)管道有破壞。由于沒(méi)有沖擊性的部件來(lái)破壞所輸送的物料介質(zhì)，邊界層可以保護(hù)泵，旋盤(pán)泵地從根本上消除阻塞、氣蝕、過(guò)度磨損、產(chǎn)品介質(zhì)被破壞等所有影響泵性能的現(xiàn)象。盤(pán)片泵在這種條件很苛刻的場(chǎng)合更可靠、更有效率，也更經(jīng)濟(jì)，使用壽命長(zhǎng)，維護(hù)少
