本文介紹了可編程控制器在換熱站自控系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用。可編程控制器除了用于對現(xiàn)場儀表的數(shù)據(jù)采集和處理以外,還用來完成對現(xiàn)場的自動化設(shè)備的控制。此外,工控組態(tài)軟件作為一種標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的人機(jī)界面被用于監(jiān)控工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的動態(tài)過程。本系統(tǒng)中基于軟件和硬件的執(zhí)行情況將在文中作進(jìn)一步的詳細(xì)闡述。
1 引言
集中供熱因具有節(jié)約能源和改善城市環(huán)境等方面的積極作用,而日益成為城市公用事業(yè)的一個(gè)重要組成部分。著眼于青島市向現(xiàn)代化大都市的發(fā)展,華電青島發(fā)電有限公司在市委、市政府及集團(tuán)公司的支持下,積極開展熱電聯(lián)產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目,滿足了青島市集中供熱布局的大調(diào)整、大發(fā)展,及2008年奧運(yùn)會青島賽區(qū)的要求。同時(shí),也使整個(gè)青島市區(qū)大氣環(huán)境質(zhì)量和市民生活品質(zhì)得到了大幅度的提高。
作為集中供熱系統(tǒng)的主要組成部分――換熱首站,是熱源輸出的重要關(guān)口。2004年10月在華電青島發(fā)電有限公司建成了青島市市內(nèi)zui大的無人值守?fù)Q熱首站,供熱面積達(dá)70萬平方米,成為了青島市自動化程度及投入率zui高的換熱首站之一。
2 換熱首站自控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)要求字串7
該換熱首站主要由三臺汽水換熱器組成的換熱系統(tǒng)、四臺循環(huán)水泵組成的循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)及兩臺補(bǔ)水泵組成的補(bǔ)水系統(tǒng)來構(gòu)成。根據(jù)生產(chǎn)工藝設(shè)計(jì)要求,換熱首站的自控系統(tǒng)采用典型的兩級監(jiān)控方式。上位機(jī)以標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的工業(yè)控制計(jì)算機(jī)(IPC)作為主要的人機(jī)界面(HMI),為生產(chǎn)管理級,完成對下位機(jī)的監(jiān)控、生產(chǎn)操作管理等,主要面向操作人員;下位機(jī)由可編程控制器(PLC)構(gòu)成,為基礎(chǔ)測控級,完成生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場的數(shù)據(jù)采集及過程控制等,面向生產(chǎn)過程。
(1)在生產(chǎn)過程中,存在大量的物理量,如壓力、溫度、流量等模擬量參數(shù)。需要通過PLC對這些參數(shù)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)采集和處理。
(2)換熱首站的自動控制,即實(shí)現(xiàn)整個(gè)進(jìn)汽和供水過程的全自動控制,進(jìn)行故障診斷,并在監(jiān)控畫面上顯示各工況參數(shù)并控制設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)。
(3)根據(jù)本地的氣候條件以及供熱對象的特性,給出一條室外溫度與二次供水溫度之間的對應(yīng)曲線。控制器可以通過這條曲線根據(jù)室外溫度傳感器測量的室外溫度對一次供汽流量進(jìn)行控制,已達(dá)到對二次供水溫度的控制。此設(shè)計(jì)的特點(diǎn)在于能夠通過室外溫度對二次供水的溫度進(jìn)行控制,以達(dá)到節(jié)省能源,提高供熱質(zhì)量的目的。另外在控制器中增加晚間節(jié)能的設(shè)置,根據(jù)需要設(shè)置晚間供熱溫度。字串8
(4)自控系統(tǒng)通過加入時(shí)間日程表的控制,實(shí)現(xiàn)一天當(dāng)中不同時(shí)刻對應(yīng)不同的溫度。
(5)通過采用西門子的壓力傳感器、控制器以及變頻器來實(shí)現(xiàn)對二次供水壓力的控制,由于控制器可編程的靈活性,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)變頻器的低頻限制,以避免變頻器、水泵長時(shí)間在低頻運(yùn)行,從而保護(hù)電機(jī)及變頻器。當(dāng)一臺補(bǔ)水泵無法通過變頻補(bǔ)水達(dá)到所要求的壓力時(shí),控制器可使另一臺備用泵以工頻的方式進(jìn)行補(bǔ)水。zui終實(shí)現(xiàn)更加智能化的恒壓補(bǔ)水控制。
(6)對調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)可采用手操器控制,確保進(jìn)汽和供水的溫度、壓力準(zhǔn)確穩(wěn)定,使換熱溫度達(dá)到用戶的要求,并對其故障實(shí)現(xiàn)實(shí)時(shí)報(bào)警和連鎖啟停切換控制
