本項目位于上海浦東，建設(shè)本套系統(tǒng)是為了對油漆車間用電、工業(yè)用水、冷水、熱水、天然氣、壓縮空氣等用能實時在線監(jiān)測，并對車間上述用能情況按照產(chǎn)線、工藝流程、生產(chǎn)班組、用途進行精細化計量和分析，實現(xiàn)車間的用能分類、分項統(tǒng)計分析，實現(xiàn)車間產(chǎn)線用能考核、工藝段用能考核、班組用能考核，從而實現(xiàn)車間精細化管理。

This project is located in Pudong, Shanghai. 能耗系統(tǒng)監(jiān)測配電室的安科瑞多功能儀表、各處車間34臺渦街流量計（測量燃氣表）、9臺熱量表、30臺冷量表、14臺工業(yè)水表、30臺渦街流量計（測量壓縮空氣）。

The energy consumption system monitors the multi-function instruments of Acrel in the distribution room, 34 sets flow meters (gas meters), 9 heat meters, 30 cooling meters, 14 industrial water meters and 30 sets flow meters (compressed air).

本項目我司提供了Acrel-5000能耗管理系統(tǒng)。整個系統(tǒng)采用環(huán)網(wǎng)式結(jié)構(gòu)，同時從采集層、傳輸層、管理層全部實現(xiàn)雙機熱冗余設(shè)計，在實現(xiàn)車間內(nèi)部展示的同時實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)上傳給廠區(qū)能源管理大平臺。

系統(tǒng)主要實現(xiàn)的監(jiān)控功能：

綜合能耗展示：反映車間當年用能各分類能耗和折算為標準煤的綜合能耗，

能耗比較：反映某分類能耗當日及昨日同期、當月及上月同期、當年及上年同期的用能及對比，增長百分比及增加值；

展示方式：統(tǒng)計支路用能的日、月、周、季、年用能，統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)可通過柱狀圖、點線圖、堆積圖、餅圖等多種圖表展示；

In this project, our company provides Acrel-5000 energy consumption management system. The whole system adopts ring network structure, and realizes dual machine thermal redundancy design from the acquisition layer, transmission layer and management layer.
