自1929年LIMITORQUE制造出了世界上臺(tái)閥門(mén)電動(dòng)裝置以來(lái),電動(dòng)執(zhí)行器獲得了較快的發(fā)展.國(guó)外是將電動(dòng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)與電動(dòng)裝置視為同一類(lèi)產(chǎn)品,分別應(yīng)用于閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)和開(kāi)環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)。閥門(mén)電動(dòng)裝置在國(guó)內(nèi)電力、冶金、石油化工、污水處理及市政等各個(gè)行業(yè)得到應(yīng)用。與其他閥門(mén)驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置相比,電動(dòng)驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置具有動(dòng)力源廣泛,操作迅速、方便等特點(diǎn),并且容易滿足各種控制要求。所以,在閥門(mén)驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置中,電動(dòng)裝置占主導(dǎo)地位。

一是隨著電力電子技術(shù)、計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)及通訊技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,單片機(jī)和新型高速微處理器代替以模擬電子器件為主的閥門(mén)電動(dòng)裝置控制單元,閥門(mén)電動(dòng)裝置正朝著高智能型方向快速發(fā)展,功能越來(lái)越強(qiáng)大。適合一般現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工況環(huán)境,操作和控制越來(lái)越方便。

閥門(mén)電動(dòng)裝置的組成一般由下列部分組成:電動(dòng)機(jī)減速機(jī)構(gòu),用以降低電動(dòng)機(jī)的輸出轉(zhuǎn)速;行程控制機(jī)構(gòu),用以調(diào)節(jié)和準(zhǔn)確控制閥門(mén)的啟閉位置;轉(zhuǎn)矩限制機(jī)構(gòu),用以調(diào)節(jié)轉(zhuǎn)矩(或推力)并使之不超過(guò)預(yù)定值;手動(dòng)、電動(dòng)切換機(jī)構(gòu),進(jìn)行手動(dòng)或電動(dòng)操作的聯(lián)鎖機(jī)構(gòu);開(kāi)度指示器,用以顯示閥門(mén)在啟閉過(guò)程中所處的位置。其中,行程控制機(jī)構(gòu)、轉(zhuǎn)矩限制機(jī)構(gòu)、手動(dòng)、電動(dòng)切換機(jī)構(gòu)及開(kāi)度指示器等合稱為電動(dòng)執(zhí)行器。
The stroke control mechanism is used for adjusting and accurately controlling the opening and closing position of the valve;a torque limiting mechanism for adjusting the torque (or thrust) so that it does not exceed a predetermined value;manual, electric switching mechanism, manual or electric operation of the interlock mechanism;the opening indicator is used to show the position of the valve in the opening and closing process. The stroke control mechanism, the torque limiting mechanism, the manual, the electric switching mechanism and the opening indicator are collectively referred to as electric actuators.
