Western Blot Marker是專門為Western Blot試驗設(shè)計的分子量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。傳統(tǒng)的Western Blot試驗需要使用預(yù)染蛋白Marker來跟蹤檢測陽性抗原信號和轉(zhuǎn)膜效率。但預(yù)染蛋白Marker用在Western Blot試驗中有三大缺點：（1）預(yù)染蛋白Marker無法在膠片上曝光，曝光信號需要根據(jù)膜上的預(yù)染蛋白Marker來判斷，因此后續(xù)的圖片需要拼接才能兩者合而為一；（2）預(yù)染蛋白Marker都經(jīng)過化學(xué)修飾，經(jīng)過化學(xué)修飾的蛋白在SDS-PAGE電泳過程中遷移率發(fā)生改變，分子量信息不再準(zhǔn)確，往往導(dǎo)致Western Blot結(jié)果判斷出現(xiàn)較大偏差；（3）預(yù)染蛋白Marker無法檢測作為雜交過程的陽性對照。Western Blot Marker由6種不同分子量的蛋白組成（20、40、60、70、80、120 KDa），其中70KDa條帶為藍(lán)色預(yù)染marker，其它五個條帶都可與人、小鼠、大鼠、山羊、綿羊、兔的IgG恒定區(qū)結(jié)合。Western Blot Marker可以直接結(jié)合二抗，或通過結(jié)合一抗間接結(jié)合二抗，因此蛋白Marker就能與抗原在同一張膠片上曝出信號，陽性信號可以直接通過Western Blot Marker的位置來判斷。Western Blot Marker不經(jīng)過任何化學(xué)修飾，分子量精確。

Plays a role as a key modulator of the AKT-mTOR signaling pathway controlling the tempo of the process of newborn neurons integration during adult neurogenesis, including correct neuron positioning, dendritic development and synapse formation. May be a negative regulator of insulin signaling and glucose metabolism in adipose tissue. The nuclear monoubiquitinated form possesses greater apoptotic potential, whereas the cytoplasmic nonubiquitinated form induces less tumor suppressive ability.
