 大部分的試劑產(chǎn)品是比較穩(wěn)定的，只要您嚴格按照產(chǎn)品包裝或者說明書上的儲存條件進行儲存，*可以保證其在有效期內(nèi)的正常使用。一般常見儲存條件有零下XX攝氏度，2-8攝氏度，常溫等。特別提醒，對于某些酶類制品，如果儲存條件是2-8攝氏度，不要儲存在零下，否則容易失活，對于某些需要嚴格避光，防潮，充氮氣保護的，接觸空氣或者過分暴露非常容易氧化或者受潮變質(zhì)。
低溫儲存產(chǎn)品，運輸途中冷藏問題：
 對于需要低溫儲存的產(chǎn)品，我們在運輸時候都會采用冷藏包裝，但是部分由于外界氣溫過高，運輸時間較長，對于普通冷藏包裝，途中可能會溫度升高，這些都是沒有問題的，因為這種普通冷藏只適用于那些短期內(nèi)（2周）高溫依然穩(wěn)定的產(chǎn)品，建議低溫的儲存條件，只是長期儲存時候的條件，您可以放心使用。對于某些特殊的產(chǎn)品，如抗體，我們會采用干冰冷藏包裝，確保全程低溫。公司都對產(chǎn)品性狀進行了嚴格的加速穩(wěn)定測試，行業(yè)經(jīng)驗豐富。

保存條件  Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

產(chǎn)品介紹 The protein encoded by this gene is a membrane-associated prostaglandin E synthase, which catalyzes the conversion of prostaglandin H2 to prostaglandin E2. This protein also has been shown to activate the transcription regulated by a gamma-interferon-activated transcription element (GATE). Multiple transcript variants have been found for this gene. Function : Isomerase that catalyzes the conversion of unstable intermediate of prostaglandin E2 H2 (PGH2) into the more stable prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) form (By similarity). May also have transactivation activity toward IFN-gamma (IFNG), possibly via an interaction with CEBPB; however, the relevance of transcription activation activity remains unclear.
Subunit : Homodimer. May interact with CEBPB.
Subcellular Location : Golgi apparatus membrane; Single-pass membrane protein. Nucleus. Note=According to PubMed:12050152, some fraction may be nuclear. Prostaglandin E synthase 2 truncated form: Cytoplasm. Note=Synthetized as a Golgi membrane-bound protein, which is further cleaved into the predominant soluble truncated form.
