性狀(以下信息僅供參考)：白色或淡黃色結(jié)晶。易溶于堿液，能溶于稀酸，不溶于水和有機(jī)溶劑，難溶于醇。中性或淡酸性溶液暴露在紫外光中時(shí)，顯強(qiáng)烈的亮藍(lán)色熒光。熔點(diǎn)319～320℃。魯米諾是一種Z古老的和Z常用的試劑，在堿性條件下可被過氧化物氧化，同時(shí)發(fā)光，魯米諾和過氧化物之間的氧化還原反應(yīng)需要催化劑，這種催化劑一般為多價(jià)金屬離子、過氧化物酶如鐵、辣根過氧化物酶等，此種方法常用于檢測過氧化物、重金屬、過氧化物酶的含量，以及由此衍生的檢測自由基、進(jìn)行毒物分析和基于過氧化物酶和葡萄糖氧化酶的分析方法。在通常情況下魯米諾與過氧化輕在某些催化劑存在時(shí)化學(xué)發(fā)光反應(yīng)非常迅速。Z常用催化劑是金屬離子，在很大濃度范圍內(nèi)，金屬離子濃度與發(fā)光強(qiáng)度成正比，從而可進(jìn)行某些金屬離子的化學(xué)發(fā)光分析，利用這一反應(yīng)可以分析那些含有金屬離子的有機(jī)化合物，達(dá)到很高的靈敏度。其次是利用有機(jī)化合物對(duì)魯米諾化學(xué)發(fā)光反應(yīng)的抑制作用，測定對(duì)化學(xué)發(fā)光反應(yīng)具有猝滅作用的有機(jī)化合物。其三是通過偶合反應(yīng)間接測定無機(jī)或有機(jī)化合物

KATNA1 to the centrosome. Also positively regulates the activity of the minus-end directed microtubule motor protein dynein. May enhance dynein-mediated microtubule sliding by targeting dynein to the microtubule plus ends. Required for several dynein- and microtubule-dependent processes such as the maintenance of Golgi integrity, the centripetal motion of secretory vesicles and the coupling of the nucleus and centrosome. Also required during brain development for the migration of newly formed neurons from the ventricular/subventricular zone toward the cortical plate. Plays a role, together with DISC1, in the regulation of neurite outgrowth. Required for mitosis in some cell types but appears to be dispensible for mitosis in cortical neuronal progenitors, which instead requires NDE1. Facilitates the polymerization of neurofilaments from the individual subunits NEFH and NEFL.

Post-translational modifications : Phosphorylated in mitosis. Can be phosphorylated by CDK1, CDK5 and MAPK1. Phosphorylation by CDK5 promotes interaction with KATNA1 and YWHAE.
Palmitoylation at Cys-273 reduces affinity for dynein.

保存條件  Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C.
