性狀(以下信息僅供參考)：紫褐色結(jié)晶性粉末。易溶于水，微溶于乙醇和丙同，不溶于乙迷、苯、方。在pH＜3的水溶液中呈玫瑰紅色，pH=3的水溶液中呈玫瑰紅色略帶紫色，pH＞4時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)為紫色。在濃硫酸中呈淺綠色。在濃硝酸中分解。在氫氧化鈉和碳酸鈉溶液中呈淺藍(lán)色。摩爾吸光系數(shù)為74，500～75，500，具有比偶氮胂Ⅰ更高的絡(luò)合性能。

保存條件  Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
