【貯 存】： Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

【信息詳情】： FAF1 （Fas-associated protein factor 1） specifically interacts with the cytoplasmic domain of wild type, but not mutated, Fas in both yeast and mammalian cells. It is transiently expressed in T cells and potentiates Fas-induced apoptosis. FAF1 lacks a DDH （Death domain homologous region）, in contrast to TRADD, FADD, and RIP, and cannot induce apoptosis independent of Fas activation.
