【貯 存】： Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

【信息詳情】： Ly75 is expressed in spleen, thymus, colon and peripheral blood lymphocytes and causes reduced proliferation of B-lymphocytes as well as acting as an endocytic receptor to direct captured antigens from the extracellular space to a specialized antigen-processing compartment. Ly75 is also detected in myeloid and B lymphoid cell lines and isoforms 2 and 3 are expressed in Hodgkin and Reed-Sternberg （HRS） cells （malignant Hodgkin lymphoma cells）.
