電壓擊穿測試的影響因素:
 
電壓波形及電壓作用時(shí)間影響。
 
 媒質(zhì)電性能影響:高壓擊穿試驗(yàn)往往把樣品放在一定媒質(zhì)(如變壓器油)中.其目的為縮小試樣尺寸防止飛弧。但媒質(zhì)本身的電性能對屬于電擊穿為主的材料有明顯影響,而以熱擊穿為主的材料影響極小.故標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中對要求油的擊穿電壓 VB>=25kv/2.5m
 
        試樣厚度對介電強(qiáng)度的影響:試樣厚度與介電強(qiáng)度不成線性關(guān)系,通常同種材料在不同厚度下測得的介電強(qiáng)度是不同的,較厚的試樣測得的介電強(qiáng)度略低些。 濕度影響:因水分浸入材料而導(dǎo)致其電阻降低,必然降低擊穿電壓值。
