DOUBLE-PIPE SCREW FEEDING ENGINE
該螺旋喂料機適用于干燥粉狀物料（如煤粉、水泥、谷物、砂石等）的均勻連續(xù)供料。
該設(shè)備采用擺線針輪減速機，加裝VF變頻器，調(diào)速范圍廣，運轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)、噪聲低、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、體積小，可以方便地調(diào)節(jié)物料流量，滿足不同生產(chǎn)工藝要求。
The device is used to continually supply dry power material, such as coal power, cement, grain and sａnd etc.
The device is equipped with cycloid pin wheel speed reducer and VF transducer. It has the features of great range of timing, smooth operation, low noise, compact structure and small volume. It can adjust flow of material expediently and meet the demａnd of different production technics.

使用說明：
Usage explanation:
l 安裝時螺旋機各機殼及兩端機架的縱向不直度和水平度允差為長度的1/1000。底座在機殼裝妥以后使之著實，再擰緊地腳螺釘。
l 進出料口現(xiàn)場安裝，法蘭間連接加密封墊片，不得有間隙。
l 機體裝妥后應(yīng)檢查各存油處是否有足夠潤滑油。
l 運行應(yīng)平穩(wěn)可靠，軸承箱不得發(fā)生漏油現(xiàn)象，軸承溫升不得超過20℃。
l 運行時加料應(yīng)均勻，否則易造成輸送物料的積塞，驅(qū)動裝置過載。被輸送物料內(nèi)不得混入堅硬的大塊物料，避免螺旋卡死造成機體損壞。
l 必需保證輸送機無負荷起動，在停車前應(yīng)停止加料，待機殼內(nèi)輸送完物料后，方能停止運轉(zhuǎn)。
l 使用中應(yīng)經(jīng)常檢查各機件的工作狀態(tài)，注意各傳動件是否運行良好，應(yīng)經(jīng)常加潤滑油。
l The error of portrait linearity and horizontal of body and bracket is the 1/1000 of length when install screw engine. Install the support on the body steadily and then lock down the ground bolt.
l Install the inlet and outlet on the spot. Add sealing shim between the two flanges and there is no clearance.
l Check the oil store if there is enough lubricant after the installation is over.
l The operation should be steady and reliable. There is no oil leakage in the bearing box and the raising temperature is not more than 20℃.
l Feed the material equally, otherwise the material will be jammed and the driving device is over loaded. There is no big block hard material in the transported material to avoid blocking and damaging.
l Make sure that the conveyer starts without load and stop feeding before stop the engine. Stop the conveyer after the material is transported completely.
l Often check the working condition of all parts during the operating. Pay attention to the working of transmission parts and add lubricant to the transmission parts.
