設(shè)備系機(jī)電分立式結(jié)構(gòu)，將熒光磁粉探傷系統(tǒng)，設(shè)計(jì)成固定式、分立型、微機(jī)控制、自動(dòng)對(duì)中、各系統(tǒng)模塊化。由電源控制系統(tǒng)、對(duì)中機(jī)構(gòu)、噴淋磁化系統(tǒng)、磁懸液噴淋回收系統(tǒng)、熒光系統(tǒng)、下料系統(tǒng)等組成。專(zhuān)門(mén)以濕式磁粉法探傷檢測(cè)直徑為200-650mm，高度為800范圍內(nèi)齒輪和環(huán)形件因加工等各方面原因引起的表面和近表面的裂紋和細(xì)微缺陷。

The equipment is of electromechanical discrete structure. The fluorescent magnetic particle inspection system is designed as fixed type, discrete type, microcomputer control, automatic centering and modularization of each system. It consists of a power supply control system, a centering mechanism, a spraying magnetization system, a magnetic suspension spraying recovery system, a fluorescence system, a blanking system and the like. The wet magnetic particle method is specially used to detect surface and near-surface cracks and minor defects of gears and ring members with diameters of 200-650mm and heights of 800 due to processing and other reasons.
