無毛刺定時(shí)參數(shù)變化支持工程師在不需要漏失信號(hào)或毛刺信號(hào)的條件下改變頻率，并能實(shí)現(xiàn)連續(xù)工作，而無需重啟或重置被測(cè)件；

任意比型使用簡單的碼型設(shè)置顯示通道電容負(fù)載。測(cè)試設(shè)計(jì)極限不再需要復(fù)雜的測(cè)量設(shè)置步驟。

330 MHz 脈沖、500 MHz 正弦波、660 Mbit 碼型

Main features and technical indicators

330mhz pulse and 500mhz function/arbitrary waveform were generated by 2.5gsa /s sampling rate and 14-bit vertical resolution.

The optional crest factor for gaussian white noise helps engineers determine the amount of distortion applied to the device in the limit test to meet various serial bus standards.

The change of timing parameters without burr supports the engineer to change the frequency under the condition that no leakage signal or burr signal is needed, and can achieve continuous work without restarting or resetting the tested part;

Any bit code type USES a simple code type setting to display the channel capacitance load. Test design limits no longer require complex measurement setup steps.
