羅茨風機具有中等負載，zui大風量5709m3/h，zui大功率為117KW。同步斜齒輪結(jié)構(gòu)使風機具有更低的噪音及平穩(wěn)的運行狀態(tài)。重載荷金屬支架軸承使風機在較高的載荷工況下依舊保持的性能表現(xiàn)和更長的壽命。

密封采用機械密封結(jié)構(gòu)，確保其密封性更加優(yōu)秀。該系列風機可以選擇水平安裝或者垂直安裝啦滿足不同的工況。
風機采用活塞環(huán)密封設計能夠滿足高轉(zhuǎn)速的要求，zui高轉(zhuǎn)速可達3000rpm，所有與密封面接觸的軸端面都經(jīng)過拋光處理，以減少密封面的磨損，并降低其泄漏風險。擺線式葉輪線性設計能夠輸送更高壓力的氣體，zui高壓力可達1.05bar（g)。齒輪材質(zhì)全部為熱處理后的合金鋼，分體式齒輪設計更便于安裝拆卸。另外特殊的殼體設計，即使在輸送高壓力氣體時也無需水冷。
