3.1.1 對于定點廠家供應(yīng)的導(dǎo)電炭黑，產(chǎn)品性能穩(wěn)定，作隔批抽檢。

3.1.2 對于新廠家供應(yīng)的導(dǎo)電炭黑，應(yīng)每批抽檢，連續(xù)5次抽樣均合格，轉(zhuǎn)隔批抽檢。

產(chǎn)品進廠時，隨貨應(yīng)有材料生產(chǎn)廠家質(zhì)量保證書或質(zhì)量檢驗單，供貨時，必須附有法定部門的型式試驗報告。正常供貨時，每年應(yīng)提供一次法定部門的型式試驗報告。
