力士樂REXROTH油泵特點:力士樂柱塞泵根據(jù)傾斜元件的不同,有斜盤式和斜軸式兩種。斜盤式是斜盤相對
回轉(zhuǎn)的缸體有一傾斜角度,而引起柱塞在泵缸中往復(fù)
運動。傳動軸軸線和缸體軸線是*的。這種結(jié)構(gòu)較
簡單,轉(zhuǎn)速較高,但工作條件要求高,柱塞端部與斜
盤的接觸部往往是薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。斜軸式的斜盤軸線
與傳動軸軸線是*的。它是由于柱塞缸體相對傳動
軸傾斜一角度而使柱塞作往復(fù)運動。流量調(diào)節(jié)依靠擺
動柱塞缸體的角度來實現(xiàn),故有的又稱擺缸式。它與
斜盤式相比,工作可靠,流量大,但結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜。軸向柱塞泵與徑向柱塞泵比較,排出壓力高,它一般可在20~50MPa范圍內(nèi)工作,效率也高,徑向尺寸小、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、體積小、重量輕。但結(jié)構(gòu)較徑向柱塞泵復(fù)雜,加工制造要求高,價格較貴。軸向柱塞泵一般用
于機床、冶金、鍛壓、礦山及起重機械的液壓傳動系
統(tǒng)中,特別廣泛地應(yīng)用于大功率的液壓傳動系統(tǒng)中。
為了提高效率,在應(yīng)軸向柱塞泵一般都由缸體、配油
盤、柱塞和斜盤等主要零件組成。缸體內(nèi)有多個柱塞
,柱塞是軸向排列的,即柱塞的中心線平行于傳動軸
的軸線,因此稱它為軸向柱塞泵。但它又不同于往復(fù)
式柱塞泵,因為它的柱塞不僅在泵缸內(nèi)做往復(fù)運動,
而且柱塞和泵缸與斜盤相對有旋轉(zhuǎn)運動。柱塞以一球
形端頭與斜盤接觸。在配油盤上有高低壓月形溝槽,
它們彼此由隔墻隔開,保證一定的密封性,它們分別
與泵的進油口和出油口連通。斜盤的軸線與缸體
軸線之間有一傾斜角度。力士樂油泵有開槽控制的斜盤設(shè)計,連續(xù)可變的排量,良好的自吸性,
允許連續(xù)工作壓力350bar,低噪音,使用壽命長,驅(qū)
動軸能吸收軸向和徑向載荷,模塊化設(shè)計,通軸驅(qū)動
控制時間短,泵位置可選,安裝位置也可以選擇,可

力士樂齒輪泵 齒輪泵是依靠泵缸與嚙合齒輪間所形成的工作容積變化和移動來輸送液體或使之增壓的回轉(zhuǎn)泵。由兩個齒輪、泵體與前后蓋組成兩個封閉空間,當齒輪轉(zhuǎn)動時,齒輪脫開側(cè)的空間的體積從小變大,形成真空,將液體吸入,齒輪嚙合側(cè)的空間的體積從大變小,而將液體擠入管路中去。吸入腔與排出腔是靠兩個齒輪的嚙合線來隔開的。齒輪泵的排出口的壓力*取決于泵出處阻力的大小。
zui基本形式就是兩個尺寸相同的齒輪在一個緊密配合的殼體內(nèi)相互
嚙合旋轉(zhuǎn),這個殼體的內(nèi)部類似“8”字形,兩個齒輪裝在里面,齒輪的外徑及兩側(cè)與殼體緊密配合。來自于擠出機的物料在吸入口進入兩個齒輪中間,并充滿這一空間,隨著齒的旋轉(zhuǎn)沿殼體運動,zui后在兩齒嚙合時排出。
齒輪泵也叫正排量裝置,即像一個缸筒內(nèi)的活塞,當一個齒進入另一個齒的流體空間時,液體就被機械性地擠排出來。因為液體是不可壓縮的,所以液體和齒就不能在同一時間占據(jù)同一空間,這樣,液體就被排除了。由于齒的不斷嚙合,這一現(xiàn)象就連續(xù)在發(fā)生,因而也就在泵的出口提供了一個連續(xù)排除量,泵每轉(zhuǎn)一轉(zhuǎn),排出的量是一樣的。隨著驅(qū)動軸的不間斷地旋轉(zhuǎn),泵也就不間斷地排出流體。泵的流量直接與泵的轉(zhuǎn)速有關(guān)。
