充氣螺旋閘門是我公司根據(jù)氣力輸送工況需求研制的一種調(diào)節(jié)、切斷型閘門，廣泛適用于建材、冶金、礦山、輕工、玻璃等行業(yè)的氣力輸送系統(tǒng)。
This valve is the new designed product for adjusting and cutting off on the base of working condition of gas power transportation, which is widely used in the gas power transportation system in building material, glass, mining, light industry and metallurgy industries etc.
結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：

充氣螺旋閘門采用優(yōu)質(zhì)碳鋼焊接而成，分上下兩個(gè)通道，下通道為充氣層，上通道為輸送物料層，中間為透氣層。螺旋型閘板可任意調(diào)節(jié)閘門開度，特別適用于無粘度的干燥粉料，細(xì)微顆粒料等。具有能耗小，無噪音，無污染，少維修，無卡阻，操作方便，使用壽命長等特點(diǎn)。
The valve is welded in fine carbon steel. The lower tunnel of valve is used to aerate, the upper tunnel is used to transport material and the middle layer is breather layer. The gate position can be adjusted by screw slide plate. The valve is suitable for no viscosity powder and small grain etc. it has the features of little energy consumption, no noise, no pollution, little maintenance, no obstruction, convenient operation, long service life etc.

工作原理：
Working principle
物料調(diào)節(jié)閘門由風(fēng)機(jī)給予低壓小容量空氣經(jīng)下通道入氣口由充氣層充氣 ， 氣體透過沸騰板均勻向上噴吹 ， 鼓動(dòng)物料向上位移 ， 物料自重下落時(shí)由設(shè)備安裝斜度而產(chǎn)生位移 ， 不斷重復(fù)致使物料向前位移 。 調(diào)節(jié)閘門由絲桿閘板及密封副等組成，由人工轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)手輪帶動(dòng)絲桿旋轉(zhuǎn)，使閘門隨著螺旋絲桿產(chǎn)生位移，起到任意調(diào)節(jié)或切斷的作用。
The low pressure little volume air supplied by wind machine is aerated from inflation layer through lower tunnel intake. Then the gas blows upwards through boiling plate to drive the material move upwards. Because of the installation incline, material will fall in the effect of gravity. The unceasing repeating actions make the material move forwards. The valve is made up of slide plate and sealing pairs etc. rotate the hａnd wheel and the screw pole will rotate in the same time to drive the gate move, which has the function of adjusting or cutting off the valve freely.
使用說明
Usage explanation
• 安裝前請檢查閘門內(nèi)腔有無雜物附著，沸騰板受潮沒有，如沸騰板受潮請更換后再進(jìn)行安裝，否則影響使用效果。檢查各傳動(dòng)部分是否靈活可靠。法蘭間連接需加裝密封墊片后再均勻擰緊螺栓。
• 調(diào)試時(shí)，人工轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)手輪，順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)為關(guān)，反之為開，運(yùn)行無卡阻現(xiàn)象即可。
• Check the valve if there is lumber inside the body or the boiling disc is damp. Exchange the boiling disc before install if it is damp. Otherwise it will affect the operation. Check the transmission part. Add sealed shim between the two flanges and then lock down the bolt equably.
• Rotate the hａnd wheel by hａnd when debug the valve. Clockwise rotate of valve denotes closing, otherwise denotes opening. It will be all right if there is no obstruction.
