This valve is widely used in the building material, metallurgy, oil chemical, electric power, mining and light industries etc. It is the discharging or air-locking device of all kinds of removing dust equipment and grinding machine, drying machine, storing house and closing carrying system.

矩形翻板鎖風(fēng)卸灰閥 為上下交替開閉，自動(dòng)復(fù)位機(jī)構(gòu)。分為：①型重錘自動(dòng)復(fù)位機(jī)構(gòu)，具有運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)、節(jié)能，卸灰量大、小可調(diào)，卸灰、鎖氣可靠之功能。②型吊錘自動(dòng)復(fù)位機(jī)構(gòu)，具有占地面積省、節(jié)能，卸灰調(diào)節(jié)方便，卸灰、鎖氣可靠之功能。 B 為凸輪、連桿傳動(dòng)，重量自動(dòng)復(fù)位機(jī)構(gòu)； D 為凸輪、連桿傳動(dòng)，彈簧自動(dòng)復(fù)位機(jī)構(gòu)，具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、設(shè)計(jì)合理、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)，卸灰、鎖氣可靠。是各種無粘度的固體粉料，小于 Φ 10mm 的顆粒料，晶體料，團(tuán)狀料，給、卸料工況的理想設(shè)備。

The valve is the automatic replacement machine of opening and closing alternately. There are four types of valve: type Z is heavy hammer automatic replacement machine, having the features of calm operation, saving energy, adjustable discharging and reliable discharging and air-locking etc. type C is the suspending hammer automatic replacement machine, having the features of saving energy, little in area, convenient in discharging adjust and reliable discharging and air locking etc. Type B is the gravity automatic replacement machine with transmission of cam and connecting pole. Type D is the spring automatic replacement machine with transmission of cam and connecting pole, having the features of compact structure, reasonable design, calm operation and reliable discharging and air locking. It is the ideal equipment of all kinds of non-glutinosity, grain less than Φ 10mm , crystalloid, block material and supply or discharge of material working conditions. Type Ⅰ is the single disc discharging and type Ⅱ is the double disc discharging.

Working principle

快速翻板卸灰閥主要由閥體、閥板、閥軸、搖桿等零件組成。Ⅰ型為單層，隨電氣控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)定的程序，通過推桿動(dòng)作推動(dòng)搖桿帶動(dòng)閥板開啟卸灰，然后關(guān)閉。Ⅱ型則是通過推桿推動(dòng)搖桿帶動(dòng)閥板開啟卸灰與鎖氣，隨電氣控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)定程序，可以使上、下閥板交替開啟、關(guān)閉。這樣兩個(gè)動(dòng)作使管道上閥板始終有一個(gè)是關(guān)閉狀態(tài)，可使卸灰與鎖氣同時(shí)達(dá)到目的。

The valve is made up of body, disc, axle and rocker etc. Type Ⅰ is single layer controlled by electric system program. Draw stem pushes rocker driving the disc open to discharge and lock air. Program controlling system of type Ⅱ with electric-pneumatic can open and close the top and bottom disc alternately. The two actions can maintain closed state of either disc in pipe. So it can discharge and lock air at the same time.

重錘鎖氣翻板卸灰閥主要由閥體、閥板、閥軸、搖桿、重錘等零件組成，利用力矩平衡的方法實(shí)現(xiàn)鎖氣卸灰。即當(dāng)作用于翻板上的物料產(chǎn)生的力矩大于重錘搖桿產(chǎn)生的力矩時(shí)，閥板打開卸灰，一旦積灰卸去后，重錘與搖桿產(chǎn)生的力矩使閥板迅速關(guān)閉，實(shí)現(xiàn)鎖氣是由于本閥采用的是雙層結(jié)構(gòu)，因而使管道上閥板始終有一個(gè)是關(guān)閉狀態(tài)，可使卸灰與鎖氣同時(shí)達(dá)到目的。

The valve is mainly made up of body, disc, axle, rocker and heavy hammer etc. It realizes discharging and air locking using trimming moment. When the moment made by material on turning plate is greater than that of heavy hammer and rocker, the disc will open adown to discharge. After discharge the moment made by heavy hammer and rocker will drive disc close quickly to realize locking air. Because the structure of valve is two-layer, there is always one disc in pipe that is in close condition. So it can discharges and lock air at the same time.

電動(dòng)鎖氣翻板卸灰閥主要由閥體、閥板、閥軸、搖桿、連桿、凸輪、彈簧等零件組成，利用凸輪、連桿、彈簧連續(xù)動(dòng)作實(shí)現(xiàn)鎖氣卸灰，凸輪系統(tǒng)由電氣控制，因而閥板的開啟角度和時(shí)間可由減速裝置控制在一定范圍內(nèi)。減速裝置帶動(dòng)凸輪旋轉(zhuǎn)至上半圈時(shí)，上層閥門的連桿機(jī)構(gòu)互動(dòng)，閥板逐漸打開卸灰，隨著凸輪的旋轉(zhuǎn)，彈簧機(jī)構(gòu)使閥板逐漸關(guān)閉復(fù)位；凸輪旋轉(zhuǎn)至下半圈時(shí)，下層閥門的連桿機(jī)構(gòu)互動(dòng)，閥板逐漸打開卸灰，隨著凸輪的旋轉(zhuǎn)又使閥板逐漸關(guān)閉，這樣兩個(gè)動(dòng)作使管道上閥板始終有一個(gè)是關(guān)閉狀態(tài)，因而，可使卸灰與鎖氣同時(shí)達(dá)到目的。

The valve is mainly made up of body, disc, axle, rocker, connecting rod, cam and spring etc, realizing discharging and air locking making use of the continual action of cam, connecting rod and spring. The cam is controlled by electric pneumatic, so the open angle and time of valve can be controlled in some range by reducing gear. Reducing gear drives cam rotate to top half-turn and link gear of upper gate move, top disc opens and discharges. Spring device makes disc close and replace with displacement of cam. When cam rotates to bottom half-turn link, gear of sub-layer gate moves, below disc opens and discharges. The disc closes little by little with the displacement of cam. These two actions maintain a closed state of either disc on the pipe. So it can discharges and lock air at the same time.

安裝及調(diào)試：

Installation and regulation

• 安裝時(shí)傳動(dòng)裝置不允許作起吊用 ， 并嚴(yán)禁損傷。

• 安裝前必須清潔閥門內(nèi)腔，不允許有任何雜物和污垢附著。

• 安裝前先檢查閥門各傳動(dòng)部分是否完好，按用戶工作系統(tǒng)要求對(duì)閥門做適當(dāng)?shù)恼{(diào)整（出廠時(shí)已作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)調(diào)整），試運(yùn)行無誤后將閥門處于關(guān)閉狀態(tài)再進(jìn)行安裝。

• 法蘭連接時(shí)加密封墊后均勻鎖緊聯(lián)接螺栓。

• 電動(dòng)卸灰閥使用前接電源線時(shí)請(qǐng)注意檢查電機(jī)旋向與凸輪轉(zhuǎn)向是否正確（閥體上箭頭標(biāo)明旋向），方法是：打開電機(jī)防護(hù)罩，手動(dòng)旋轉(zhuǎn)葉片，調(diào)整凸輪旋向至箭頭位置，然后點(diǎn)動(dòng)電機(jī)，看凸輪旋向是否與閥體上箭頭一致，當(dāng)凸輪旋向正確后方可連續(xù)開機(jī)使用，否則易造成設(shè)備損壞。調(diào)試階段先試 3 小時(shí)，運(yùn)行無誤后才能投入生產(chǎn)使用。

• 重錘卸灰閥根據(jù)客戶實(shí)際工況需要調(diào)整重錘的位置來保證每次的下料量及下料頻率。

• The transmission device cannot be hoisted and avoid damage when installed.

• The body must be cleaned before installed and there is no dirt and sundries clinging to the body

• Check the transmission part before install. Adjust valve properly according to the demａnd of user. Close the valve and install the valve after there is no mistake.

• Installation of flange connecting valve is on diagram. Lock down the connecting bolt after add sealing washer.

• Pay attention to the rotating direction of motor and cam when connect power cord. You can open the motor protection closure, rotate the blade by hａnd and adjust cam to the position of arrowhead. Then run motor and observe if the rotating direction of cam is in accord with that in the diagrammatic sketch. When the direction of cam is right, run the motor continuously. After 3 hours of debugging and there is no mistake, the device can be used.

• Adjust position of heavy hammer according to the demａnd of working condition to ensure lay off amount and frequency

運(yùn)輸及保管：

Transportation and protection

• 運(yùn)輸時(shí)應(yīng)避免撞擊閥門，閥門應(yīng)處于關(guān)閉位置以防在運(yùn)輸中閥板和傳動(dòng)部件損壞。

• 當(dāng)閥門運(yùn)輸時(shí)傳動(dòng)裝置及傳動(dòng)部位應(yīng)懸空，以防止傳動(dòng)軸受力過大變形損壞。

• 傳動(dòng)裝置及傳動(dòng)部位應(yīng)作防潮、防雨處理。

• 該閥應(yīng)存放在干燥的室內(nèi)，不允許露天存放或堆置。長期存放時(shí)應(yīng)使閥門處于關(guān)閉狀態(tài)，各傳動(dòng)部位加潤滑油，傳動(dòng)裝置作防潮、防塵處 理。

• Avoid bumping and the valve is in full close in order to avoid damage of disc and driving part.

• Transmission device and part should be hung up when the valve is transported in order to prevent damage of axle.

• Treatment of dampproof and rainproof should be done to transmission device and part.

• The valve should be stored in dry room and should not be piled up in open air. It should be in full close state when long stored. Add lubrication to the transmission part and the device should be dampproof and dustproof.

維護(hù)及檢修：

Maintenance and examination

• 定期檢查各傳動(dòng)部位的運(yùn)行情況。

• 定期更換電動(dòng)推桿的潤滑脂以保證其機(jī)械部分不受損壞。

• 定期更換減速機(jī)潤滑油（ 90# 機(jī)油），裝入量為容積的 1/3 。

• 定期檢查閥門轉(zhuǎn)軸處的密封狀況，如發(fā)現(xiàn)密封問題請(qǐng)更換或填加石墨填料。

• Check the operation condition of transmission part regularly.

• Exchange the lubricating grease of electric draw stem regularly to avoid damage of machinery part.

• Exchange the lubricating oil of speed reducer regularly and fill with third volume.

• Check the seal condition of rotating axle regularly and exchange or fill with graphite filler.
