APPLICATION PROPERTIES
電纜的長(zhǎng)期允許工作溫度;BV-90、RV-90應(yīng)不超過(guò)90℃，其它型號(hào)不超過(guò)70℃固定敷設(shè)用電纜(電線(xiàn))的敷設(shè)溫度不低于0°℃。
允許彎曲半徑;電纜外徑(D)小于25mm者應(yīng)不小于4D，電纜外徑(D)25mm及以上者應(yīng)不小于6D。
Long term service temperature:BV-90 and RV-90 not exceeding90℃,other models not over 70℃;permanently laidcables not lower than o℃.
Bending radius allowed:for cables with outer diameters(D)lowerthan 25mm:not less than 4D;if the outer diameter is 25mm ormore,the bending radius shall not be less than 6D.
產(chǎn)品用途
USAGE
用途:本產(chǎn)品適用于交流額定電壓450/750V及以下動(dòng)力，日用電器、儀器、儀表及控制用銅芯聚氯乙烯絕緣電線(xiàn)(電纜)。
Usage:This product is fit for power supply with rated AC voltage up to450/750V,or serves as copper core PVC insulated electric wiresfor daily electrical appliances,instruments and meters and control equipment.
技術(shù)性能及參數(shù)
Technical performances and parameters
1)導(dǎo)體均按GB/T3956-1997《電纜的導(dǎo)體》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定要求。
2)絕緣用聚氯乙烯材料要求，耐溫90℃電線(xiàn)電纜應(yīng)采用PVC/E型聚氯乙烯混合物材料，其余耐溫70℃的均用PVC/C型聚氯乙烯混合物材料擠包絕緣層。
3)內(nèi)護(hù)層采用非硫化型橡皮或塑料混合物擠包;護(hù)套層采用PvC/ST4型聚氯乙烯混物材料擠包。
4)產(chǎn)品性能要求及試驗(yàn)方法，按本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(GB5023.1、2、3)規(guī)定，進(jìn)行檢測(cè)，全部通過(guò)則為合格品。
5)電纜(線(xiàn))直流電阻及絕緣電阻(見(jiàn)表2)。
1)Allconductors follow the _requirements specified inGB/T3956-1997"cable conductors".
2)PVC for insulation:PVC/E for 90℃ wires and cables;PVC/C forthe rest with the temperature at 70℃.
3)Inner protecting layer adopts non-sulphurised rubber or plasticcomposite;sheath layer adopts PVC/ST4.
4)Product performances and test methods follow GB5023.1、2、3.
5)Refer to table 2 for DC resistance and insulating resistance ofthe cables.
