電磁脈沖閥專為除塵設(shè)備的應(yīng)用而設(shè)計(jì)，具有高流量、長(zhǎng)壽命、瞬間開(kāi)關(guān)的閥門(mén)，由電磁先導(dǎo)控制其開(kāi)通和關(guān)閉，由于的設(shè)計(jì)，使閥門(mén)具有良好的流體性，采用丁晴橡膠膜片，故而具有壓力損失低，OUTANS歐頓公司多年研發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)使得產(chǎn)品更加成熟，保證了電磁脈沖閥得到脈沖電信號(hào)時(shí)快速開(kāi)啟和完成脈沖后的迅速關(guān)閉。
高純度鋁合金壓鑄閥體，特殊夾物組成的電磁脈沖閥膜片，使得膜片具有的拉伸強(qiáng)度、抗老化性和較低的磨損量，使得OUTANS歐頓公司電磁脈沖閥噴吹壽命高于100萬(wàn)次或三至五年使用不損壞。
電磁脈沖閥線圈采用高于國(guó)標(biāo)級(jí)絕緣注射在防護(hù)等級(jí)為IP65全灌封，全銅漆包線，圈數(shù)高于國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，保證電磁脈沖閥600萬(wàn)次通電吸合不損壞，電磁線圈可以在脈沖閥芯上360°旋轉(zhuǎn)，接線盒可以4 x 90°旋轉(zhuǎn)安裝，可防止暴露在露天時(shí)雨水進(jìn)入，極大方便了不同角度安裝。

D M F-Z型電磁脈沖閥輸入口與輸出口夾角為90°稱之為直角閥，其輸入、輸出口為內(nèi)螺紋，分別與分氣箱(氣包)上的短管或噴吹螺紋管連接，安裝方便、氣流通暢，能提供理想的清灰氣脈沖，適用于各種過(guò)濾單元的清灰。

安裝方法提示
1、電磁脈沖閥的噴吹氣源由氣箱(氣包)提供，分氣箱有方形和圓形二種，圓形分氣箱耐壓力效果較好，使用淹沒(méi)式電磁脈沖閥時(shí)，方形分氣箱安裝比較方便。
2、分氣箱的截面積和長(zhǎng)度決定儲(chǔ)氣容積，其容積應(yīng)滿足該組脈沖閥每次噴吹后，箱內(nèi)剩余壓力不低于噴吹前壓力的50%，進(jìn)氣管內(nèi)徑?jīng)Q定向分氣箱充氣速度，其速度應(yīng)滿足該組脈沖閥每次噴吹后10s內(nèi)使箱內(nèi)氣體恢復(fù)至噴吹前壓力。
3、脈沖閥應(yīng)安裝在分氣箱的上部或側(cè)面，安裝側(cè)面時(shí)脈沖閥輸入端中心不應(yīng)低于分氣箱側(cè)面中心線以下，脈沖閥不可安裝在分氣箱底部，同時(shí)脈沖閥輸出端應(yīng)安裝處于水平或向下位置，不可安裝向上位置。
4、噴吹管的噴吹孔應(yīng)小于18左右，開(kāi)孔為:8-32mm(遠(yuǎn)小近大)，噴吹管離布袋口200-400為宜。
