PlantScreen植物表型成像系統(tǒng)由捷克PSI公司研制生產(chǎn),整合了Robotic自動(dòng)化控制系統(tǒng)、智能LEDs光照培養(yǎng)系統(tǒng)、葉綠素?zé)晒獬上駵y(cè)量分析、植物熱成像分析、植物近紅外成像分析、植物高光譜分析、自動(dòng)條碼識(shí)別管理、RGB真彩成像等多項(xiàng)技術(shù),以化的方式實(shí)現(xiàn)大量植物樣品——從擬南芥、玉米到各種其它植物的生理生態(tài)與形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)成像分析,用于高通量植物表型成像分析測(cè)量、植物脅迫響應(yīng)成像分析測(cè)量、植物生長(zhǎng)分析測(cè)量、生態(tài)毒理學(xué)研究、性狀識(shí)別及植物生理生態(tài)分析研究等。XYZ三維移動(dòng)成像版PlantScreen的優(yōu)勢(shì)在于可以在一套系統(tǒng)中同時(shí)測(cè)量高度差異較大的不同植物樣品,比如同時(shí)培養(yǎng)測(cè)量擬南芥和玉米。
PlantScreen系統(tǒng)包括如下成像分析功能:

2. RGB成像分析:成像測(cè)量參數(shù)包括:
1) 葉面積(Leaf Area: Useful for monitoring growth rate)
2) 植物緊實(shí)度/緊密度(Solidity/Compactness. Ratio between the area covered by the plant’s convex hull and the area covered by the actual plant)
3) 葉片周長(zhǎng)(Leaf Perimeter: Particularly useful for the basic leaf shape and width evaluation (combined with leaf area))
4) 偏心率(Eccentricity: Plant shape estimation, scalar number, eccentricity of the ellipse with same second moments as the plant (0...circle, 1...line segment))
5) 葉圓度(Roundness: Based on evaluating the ratio between leaf area and perimeter. Gives information about leaf roundness)
6) 葉寬指數(shù)(Medium Leaf Width Index: Leaf area proportional to the plant skeleton (i.e. reduction of the leaf to line segment))
7) 葉片細(xì)長(zhǎng)度SOL (Slenderness of Leaves)

4. 熱成像分析(選配):用于成像分析植物在光輻射情況下的二維發(fā)熱分布,良好的散熱可以使植物耐受較長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的高光輻射或低水條件(干旱)
5. 近紅外成像分析(選配):用于觀測(cè)分析植物的水分狀態(tài)及其在不同組織間的分布變異,處于良好澆灌狀態(tài)的植物表現(xiàn)出對(duì)近紅外光譜的高吸收性,而處于干旱狀態(tài)的植物則表現(xiàn)出對(duì)近紅外光譜的高反射性,通過(guò)分析軟件可以監(jiān)測(cè)分析從干旱脅迫到再澆灌過(guò)程中的整個(gè)過(guò)程動(dòng)態(tài)及植物對(duì)干旱脅迫的響應(yīng)和水分利用效率,并形成假彩圖像,可以與植物的形態(tài)指數(shù)及葉綠素?zé)晒庵笖?shù)進(jìn)行相關(guān)分析研究。
系統(tǒng)配置與工作原理:
PlantScreen植物表型成像分析系統(tǒng)XYZ三維移動(dòng)成像版(PlantScreen XYZ Rototic System)基本配置包括自動(dòng)化XYZ三維操作系統(tǒng)、RGB成像、FluorCam葉綠素?zé)晒獬上竦龋蛇x配高光譜成像、植物熱成像、植物近紅外成像、植物標(biāo)識(shí)系統(tǒng)等,成像系統(tǒng)由自動(dòng)化三維機(jī)械臂移動(dòng)到植物上方進(jìn)行成像分析等。整套系統(tǒng)可根據(jù)用戶實(shí)際需要定制,高度契合用戶的實(shí)際需求。
