首先大家需看出廠設(shè)置，不校正，承受力看一下稱重傳感器的顯示屏值有沒有轉(zhuǎn)變。隨后再校正，看一下稱重傳感器的顯示屏承受力后，力值有沒有轉(zhuǎn)變。
大家再把傳感器拆裝下來，用萬用表量一下電阻是不是正常的，正常是電阻輸出線（綠白輸出線一組，紅黑輸出線一組）是350Ω±10或是是710Ω±10，這個是傳感器滿載狀況下電阻的輸出。每一個傳感器的輸出不一樣，稱重傳感器的合格證書或是稱重傳感器的銀白色標(biāo)識，正常的全是標(biāo)有的，假如確定不清楚多少錢話，只有找問生產(chǎn)廠家了。
可以依據(jù)微型稱重傳感器價格的表面分辨，s形液壓式稱重傳感器的線有沒有損傷，劃傷，毀壞。稱重傳感器有沒有超負(fù)荷，稱重傳感器假如超負(fù)荷過多得話，傳感器的外觀設(shè)計(jì)會出現(xiàn)一點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)變，例如傳感器變彎，高低不平這些狀況。假如稱重傳感器路線損傷了，大家可以用電鉻鐵剪掉壞的哪段，顏色對顏色再次接好。
