該技術(shù)主要過程是：BUGS’n磁珠先與樣品溶液
混合，待磁珠吸附細胞后，棄去樣品溶液，然后
加入裂解液裂解細胞，核酸再被磁珠吸附，細胞
碎片被洗去，最終純的核酸被洗脫回收。
