1、正確地使用和注意儀器數(shù)顯振蕩培養(yǎng)箱的保養(yǎng)，使其處于良好的工作狀態(tài)，可延長(zhǎng)儀器的使用壽命。 2、數(shù)顯振蕩培養(yǎng)箱在連續(xù)工作期間，每三個(gè)月應(yīng)做一次定期檢查；檢查保險(xiǎn)絲，控制組件及緊固螺釘，及是否有水滴，污物等落入電機(jī)和控制元件上。
3、傳動(dòng)部分的軸承在出廠前已填充了適量的潤(rùn)滑脂（1號(hào)鈣-納基），儀器在連續(xù)工作期間，每六個(gè)月應(yīng)加注一次潤(rùn)滑脂，填充量約占軸承空間的1/3。
4、數(shù)顯振蕩培養(yǎng)箱經(jīng)常期使用，自然磨損屬正?，F(xiàn)象。儀器在使用一年之后，若發(fā)現(xiàn)電機(jī)、壓縮機(jī)有不正常的噪音；傳動(dòng)部分軸承磨損，皮帶松動(dòng)或出現(xiàn)裂紋，電控元件失效等故障，本企業(yè)將繼續(xù)提供優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)，予以協(xié)助處理。
