對(duì)于變壓器油而言，水分會(huì)破壞變壓器油的絕緣特性，并對(duì)電力設(shè)備的安全生產(chǎn)構(gòu)成隱患，所以對(duì)變壓器油中的微量水分進(jìn)行持續(xù)監(jiān)測(cè)就非常有意義。
與空氣的濕度相似，油中水分的含量可以用值含水量[ppm] 或相對(duì)值水活性 [aw]來(lái)描述。
油中水份的測(cè)量：
如同可以測(cè)量空氣中的濕度，EE360也能夠用來(lái)測(cè)量油中水份。油中水分含量可以選擇含水量[ppm]或相對(duì)水活性[aw]的方式進(jìn)行輸出。
油中水份測(cè)量的典型應(yīng)用有油的凈化系統(tǒng)，石油平臺(tái)上進(jìn)行潤(rùn)滑油及齒輪油的在線監(jiān)測(cè)、汽輪機(jī)潤(rùn)滑油檢測(cè)。
The EE360 can be employed in oil up to 180 °C (356 °F) and 20 bar (290 psi). Themulti-functional display shows all measured values simultaneously andfacilitates configuration and adjustment of the transmitter. The built-in data logger stores 20.000 values per measurａnd and shows them as graph on the 3.5” TFT colour display. With the optional ball valve set the probe can be mounted and removed without process interruption.

The probe can be employed up to 180 °C (356 °F) and 20 bar (290 psi) ａnd is available with either ISO or NPT slide fitting, which allows for variable immersion depth. 螺紋規(guī)格有ISO或NPTUsing the optional ball valve, the probe can be mounted or removed even without process interruption.可以在帶壓情況下安裝，探頭安裝方便。
The design of the enclosure facilitates easy mounting and maintenance. EE360 is available with IP65 polycarbonate or stainless steel enclosure. The measured values are available on two analogue outputs ａnd on the optional digital interface RS485 with Modbus RTU or Ethernet with Modbus TCP. The state of the art TFT colour display can show all measurands simultaneously ａnd offers extensive error diagnostics. The integrated data loggingfunction saves all measured data in the internal memory. The logged data can be displayed in a graph directly on the device or easily downloaded via USB interface.
The EE360 configuration and adjustment can be performed either directly on the device via display and push buttons or with the free EE-PCS software using the USB service interface.
