一、產(chǎn)品簡介
蓄電池故障尋蹤（定位）儀是一款經(jīng)濟(jì)型手動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)的儀器，可以在線對(duì)接地故障進(jìn)行鑒別、尋蹤和定位。能夠抗強(qiáng)電磁場(chǎng)的干擾。故障尋蹤可以快速確定故障位置，避免反復(fù)試驗(yàn)不能確定故障位置，而需要停電檢測(cè)。正是具有這樣的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，才得到廣泛的應(yīng)用。
二、產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用
蓄電池接地故障尋蹤儀由便攜式在線信號(hào)發(fā)生器和接收裝置組成，能確定接地故障的數(shù)量和嚴(yán)重程度。儀器由故障點(diǎn)阻抗和系統(tǒng)電容組成一個(gè)橋式測(cè)量電路。信號(hào)發(fā)生器能夠用來確定接地故障的數(shù)量和嚴(yán)重程度。在直流電流和交流脈沖達(dá)到15A時(shí)，能排除因電磁干擾而產(chǎn)生的錯(cuò)誤讀數(shù)，在使用手提式接收器和夾鉗式傳感器尋蹤時(shí)，接收器屏幕顯示信號(hào)的幅值，采用多路開關(guān)調(diào)節(jié)靈敏度，已達(dá)到顯示效果。
三、測(cè)量原理
蓄電池故障尋蹤（定位）儀發(fā)射一個(gè)交流信號(hào)到帶電或不帶電回路中，信號(hào)在電纜故障點(diǎn)的阻抗上產(chǎn)生一個(gè)反極性波，通過測(cè)量這個(gè)波的幅值，可以確定故障點(diǎn)的位置。在故障點(diǎn)阻抗小于100 kΩ時(shí)使用單個(gè)夾鉗式傳感器，能夠靈敏的在接收器上顯示信號(hào)強(qiáng)度，而準(zhǔn)確的定位。

The Battery Ground-Fault Tracer is an economical, manually-balanced instrument that identifies, tracks and locates ground faults in ungrounded dc battery systems - on-line. It is particularly effective in a high electrical noise environments, as the strength of the test current can be adjusted.
The Battery Ground-Fault Tracer accelerates fault location by eliminating trial-and-error procedures and because faults can be located without going off-line. It is particularly useful in any industry where supply of power for operating measurement, communication and control equipment is critical.
