1. The diameter of the water meter selected by the user shall be determined according to the flow of the installed pipeline.
2. The installation position of the water meter shall avoid exposure, freezing, pollution and flooding, and shall be convenient for disassembly and assembly. In case of freezing, in addition to wrapping the water meter and water pipe, close the water inlet valve and open the water drain valve and faucet at the water outlet when not in use, so as to prevent the water meter from being damaged due to freezing expansion.
3. In order to measure the water meter accurately, the direction of the arrow on the table body must be consistent with the direction of water flow. The water meter shall be installed horizontally or vertically with the word facing upward. The outlet end of the pipe (faucet) shall be higher than the water meter.
4. Before installing the meter, the sand, sand, hemp and other sundries in the pipeline must be washed away to avoid water meter failure.
5. When installing the meter, add a control valve in front of the meter to facilitate disassembly. When maintaining the water meter, close the valve in front of the meter.
6. The water meter shall not be directly connected with the pipe. The water meter and the pipe shall be connected through the connecting pipe, sealing washer and connecting nut. During disassembly and assembly, do not pull hard to avoid damaging the meter case.
7. When the water meter breaks down, it cannot be disassembled by itself. It should be repaired by professional technicians of the water supply company.
