XG 1500
XG 1500 是一款業(yè)界的程控直流電源,專門為測(cè)試、生產(chǎn)、研發(fā)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、OEM和質(zhì)量控制應(yīng)用而設(shè)計(jì)。XG 1500 在 1U 尺寸內(nèi)提供高達(dá) 1500W 的功率,帶有恒壓和恒流模式、自動(dòng)切換等特性,性價(jià)比高、易于集成。

特點(diǎn)和優(yōu)勢(shì)
易于集成
XG 1500 具備多個(gè)控制和指示信號(hào),如關(guān)斷、恒定電壓(CV)與恒定電流(CC)模式指示、OVP、OCP 和 OTP 等。用戶可以任意選擇邏輯高低電平。因此,用戶無(wú)需太多系統(tǒng)工程知識(shí)就能用 XG 1500 替代現(xiàn)有電源

可任意選擇模擬控制范圍
多數(shù)直流電源都提供 0~5 V 或 0~10 V 模擬輸入,對(duì)應(yīng)控制 0 到滿量程直流輸出。而 XG1500 模擬輸入的范圍則可在 0 V 到 2 V~10 V 之間任意選擇。換句話說(shuō),模擬編程接口范圍是可任意調(diào)節(jié)的。

帶控制的輔助直流輸出通道
許多 ATE 系統(tǒng)需要一個(gè)或多個(gè)低功率固定電壓電源來(lái)為其機(jī)柜內(nèi)的各種外設(shè)供電。為此,XG 1500 提供兩路標(biāo)準(zhǔn)輔助直流輸出通道。兩路輔助電源通道均可直接通過(guò)前面板或 SCPI 命令進(jìn)行控制。些通道可以實(shí)現(xiàn)直接驅(qū)動(dòng)輸出(關(guān)斷或使繼電器極性反向),而無(wú)需使用復(fù)雜的微機(jī)控制繼電器板。

通過(guò)內(nèi)置序列功能輸出直流波形
為了實(shí)現(xiàn)快速編程,用戶可以使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn) SCPI 命令通過(guò) USB、RS-232/485、LXI 或 GPIB 將序列編程并存儲(chǔ)到存儲(chǔ)器中。

風(fēng)扇速度控制
XG 1500 通過(guò)基于內(nèi)部散熱器的溫度來(lái)控制風(fēng)扇轉(zhuǎn)速的全新方案。在電源向外輸出脈動(dòng)電能時(shí)就會(huì)將風(fēng)扇調(diào)節(jié)到恒定轉(zhuǎn)速。如此就能降低風(fēng)扇噪聲并延長(zhǎng)其壽命。

省電待機(jī)模式
當(dāng)處于閑置狀態(tài)時(shí),XG 1500 就會(huì)如同電腦顯示器那樣進(jìn)入“休眠模式”。由此就能減少能耗和并將噪聲減到。由于在休眠模式下 XG 1500 電源還處于開啟狀態(tài),用戶可以更快地激活輸出。

輸出自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)模式(自動(dòng)重啟)
在電源從一個(gè)完整上電周期(前面板 LED 全滅)或計(jì)算機(jī)故障或重啟中恢復(fù)后,自啟動(dòng)模式可以建立電源的輸出狀態(tài)。在此模式下,電源輸出會(huì)恢復(fù)到先前的設(shè)置值。此外,當(dāng)遠(yuǎn)程數(shù)字控制丟失時(shí),XG 電源會(huì)保持上次編程的設(shè)定而不會(huì)中斷任何測(cè)試過(guò)程。

輔助自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)模式
輔助輸出自啟動(dòng)模式可檢測(cè)完整上電周期(前面板 LED 未全滅)后的輔助輸出狀態(tài)。在此模式下,輔助輸出會(huì)在電源再次開機(jī)后激活。

折返模式
折返模式用于在操作模式轉(zhuǎn)換時(shí)關(guān)閉輸出。當(dāng)電源切換到恒壓或恒流模式時(shí),電源會(huì)根據(jù)折返模式設(shè)定的延遲關(guān)閉/禁用輸出,使電源鎖定在折返模式。這一特性特別適用于保護(hù)對(duì)電壓或電流敏感的負(fù)載。對(duì)折返模式可以設(shè)置為在從恒壓切換到恒流或從恒流切換到恒壓模式時(shí)觸發(fā)開關(guān)。
