Safety valve / Relief valve安全閥/ 泄壓閥
Relief valve is installed on the outlet pipeline of metering pump. When the system pressure becomes abnormal, relief valve protects metering pump from any damages.
安全閥：在系統(tǒng)、管路壓力過(guò)高時(shí)，能及時(shí)起到釋放壓力，對(duì)泵起保護(hù)作用，并對(duì)液體回收。又作泄壓閥。

Back Pressure valve / counterbalance valve 背壓閥
When medicine dosing point is lower than the outlet of metering pump, back pressure valve shall be installed at the outlet of metering pump in order to reduce siphon and excess feeding, and ensure the metering accuracy of metering pump is not affected.
在管路或是設(shè)備容器壓力不穩(wěn)的狀態(tài)下，能保持管線所需壓力，使泵能正常輸出流量。另在泵的出端由于重力或其它作用常會(huì)出現(xiàn)虹吸現(xiàn)象，此時(shí)背壓閥能消減由于虹吸產(chǎn)生的流量及壓力的波動(dòng)。

Diaphragm Type Pulse Damper 膜片式脈沖阻尼器
Can effectively reduce the pulsation after the pump by up to 95%, Generally, installated in export piplelines and closed to metering pump, and applied in high-risk place, inter equipped with PTFE diaphragm.
能減少95%由計(jì)量泵運(yùn)行所產(chǎn)生的脈動(dòng)，一般安裝在出口管路上并靠近計(jì)量泵，應(yīng)用于高危場(chǎng)所，內(nèi)部配有四氟膜片。

Installed on the inlet pipeline of metering pump, filter is used to clear impurity or large granules away from carried mediums, in order to ensure the normal operation of metering pump.

Diaphragm 膜片

2.Is mainly used to metering pump conveying for all types of acidproof alkali liquor, corrosion resistance is strong.
