Hamilton進(jìn)樣針針頭產(chǎn)品根據(jù)不同的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域提供不同的針頭樣式。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的針頭都是用不銹鋼制造的，優(yōu)化過(guò)程根據(jù)使用和進(jìn)樣針容量制定。針頭的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)長(zhǎng)度為51毫米，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)針尖類型為2或者3。
標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的針號(hào)：
l 26s，用于5μL和10μL的進(jìn)樣針。
l 22s，用于25μL和250μL的進(jìn)樣針。
l 22，用于500μL或以上的進(jìn)樣針。
pst2：用于色譜分析的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)針頭，10~12°斜邊角，非中心取點(diǎn)，建議用于隔膜穿透。（針號(hào)分布從22s~26s的針頭用于隔膜穿透上）
pst3： 90°斜邊角，主要使用在HPLC注射閥上。有精確的進(jìn)樣量，建議用于樣品移液。（如薄層色譜法）
pst4：針頭角度是10~12°，并且動(dòng)物注射后會(huì)留下明顯的尖點(diǎn)。
pst5:：帶有密閉端口和邊孔的圓錐形針頭，隔膜被刺穿時(shí)，能避免端口被阻塞。可用針號(hào)分布從10~26s。精細(xì)校準(zhǔn)的非結(jié)晶乙烯基塑料針頭，具有理想的隔膜刺穿效果。
pstAS:：帶有8°的錐形針頭，被設(shè)計(jì)用來(lái)刺穿GC自動(dòng)取樣器的隔片。提供26,26s,23,23s,22,22s的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)針頭，其他型號(hào)針頭需要定購(gòu)。
這些針頭都是經(jīng)過(guò)電子拋光和電鍍細(xì)化的，是一個(gè)電化學(xué)去除材料影響和毛刺的制造工藝。這種工藝被用于pst2和pst3針頭的制造，以限度減小刺穿時(shí)對(duì)于生物膜的破壞?？呻婂兗?xì)化的針頭范圍為10~26s。SN針頭只有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的錐形針頭。
